To whom it concerns, We are in business to sell cars and all information given to us by the costumers is presented to the financing companiesWe asked the costumer to return the vehicle after the finance
company turned down the purchase and she would receive her $down payment back, even though the costumer had driven the vehicle for almost two weeksThe customer refused to bring back the vehicle and would not answer our phone calls when we tried to call herAfter couple of days trying to get in contact with the costumer we were forced to hire a repo companyDue to the fact that we had to hire a repo company we are unable to refund her the down payment that we clearly stated she will get back if she brought back the car on her own. Sincerely, Houston Car Sales

First of all they presented the financial department with false documents such as [redacted] statements which I do not receive also they falsified a bank statement from [redacted] claiming I bank there and get child support which I don't and I never ever had an account with them. I have text messages from ** at Houston Car Sales telling me to lie or bring the car back. I purchase the car on Sept 16 and they pick it up Oct 29.
