Our unit was not heating on Christmas Eve and Phillip, the owner, came on the same night! We were amazed. We can tell that he is very dedicated. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and really educated us on our HVAC unit. He troubleshot the issue with our complicated thermostat as much as possible and helped us to realize that getting a new thermostat would be the best option. He really appreciated his honesty, courtesy, and friendliness.

This business will rip you off. Watch your time carefully, They don't tell you but they add transportation time not just from their business but also from where they left their last job. they also charge you for the time it takes to create the bill and time for payment. If it takes them 10 minutes to create the bill be ready to pay for 30 minutes of extra time. I was ripped off nearly $170 for extra time and charges. Also make sure you get a detailed price IN WRITING prior they WILL add on extra charges.

Boldt HVAC replaced our entire AC unit. They are very polite and did the job in the time quoted.. I would not hesitate to reccomend them for any HVAC repair.

[redacted] responded to an issue with my HVAC system the morning after I called him. He was courteous and obviously very knowledgeable on my AC and was able to answer all questions I had for him. He was honest on what work had to be done that day and clearly told me what may go wrong with my system in the near future.

In all, his services were great and had fair pricing. I would refer him to any of my friends and family.
