Review: Bolerjack & Sons came to my home to install a new air conditioner the end of July 2013. Soon after it was installed it began leaking. It flooded a bedroom and hallway around the unit. The result of the flooding was moldy smelling carpet and a damaged dresser. I contacted them and they came to fix the unit and agreed to pay to have the carpets cleaned. I had the carpet cleaned on 8/19 and emailed the info with copy of the receipt to them the next day. On 9/5 I still hadn't heard anything from them so I called and left a message. On 9/9 I faxed a copy of the receipt to them and called again. On 9/16 it stopped blowing cold air. I called on 9/19 to let them know and left a message to have them call me back. I called again on 10/4 and left another message and haven't heard from them. We paid 1600.00 for this unit and it doesn't work.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either fix the unit or I would like to hire someone to do it and they can pay for it.

We have contacted [redacted] and set up a time to come over and look at her furnace and A/C. We are not sure how her message got lost or misplaced but we will do our best to make sure she gets her equipment fixed.

Review: Bolerjack and Sons installed a New Daikin Mini-split AC in my home. The unit has not worked since install. The company will not return calls or text messages. It had been over three weeks and I had to hire another HVAC company to come and fix the issue. I am supposed to have a warranty according to invoice, but that obviously will not be upheld. Once they get your money you do not count. I do not want other people to have to experience the same poor service.Desired Settlement: People need to know about lack of professionalism and failure to install products correctly. Bolerjack and sons should pay the $150.00 bill from Seder's HVAC in order to get AC unit running correctly
