The Queen of Hearts promised to take us to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and shuttle us to and from Pier 36, after grabbing our money they shuttled us to the Pier and we boarded the ferry which only took us to the Statue, never got to see Ellis Island, and brought us back to Pier We all stood in line in a downpour waiting for the promised shuttle back to Battery Park They never came stranding over people including women and children at night We all huddled under a bridge in the horrible rain storm We called a taxi but there were none available If it hadn't been for the [redacted] n sending an off duty employee to rescue us we may have run into terrible trouble These people should not be licensed in the State of New York with these horrendous business practices

I was on a tour of the Statue of LibertyWhen talking to the foreign families on the tours, they were told when buying the tickets that they were getting a VIP experience with no lines to see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis IslandThe tour never stopped at either of the islandsIt was clear the families who were given information was because they were foreignMy family is clearly American, so we knew what we were mostly getting into, but I talked to two families (one from France and one from United Arab Emirates) who were tricked because they were foreign

TerribleScamLiarsVarious official looking individuals in Battery Park selling tickets with free shuttle included for $40+ The free shuttle appeared to be a refurbished prison transport bus that took us to NewJersey! Upon arrival, no boat with the reason given that the bus took too long to arrive! Not only am I out the cost of tickets but $for an *** because the wasted time put us so far behind schedule we couldn’t do the tour! The man did assure us we could get our money back..,

If I could give ZERO stars I wouldNot only is the company and tours a scam, the employees are verbally abusiveThey talk you out of using your other tickets spewing lies about how long the other tours are and what the experience isDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE OR “CRUISE” experience!

This was a total scamSold tickets then stood in line foreverPut on a bus to New JerseyToured the harbor in a filthy, dilapidated boat called the Queen of HeartsTour operator is drunk and still drinkingOn the bus going back nowCan’t wait to get off this thingThe name of this outfit is called Tours R Us

This outfit should not be allowed to do businessIt is a total scam outfitThey use 'independent contractors' to peddle their tours to the unsuspectingBeware the 'ticket agents' hanging out at battery park selling you a statue of liberty cruiseThey start by saying "hey if you don't want to wait in line (for the legitimate cruises) we can get you on the way now" and the next thing you know is your on a shuttle bus and end up in over I Jersey city boarding a sm bucket boat the you fear may capsize

We were approached by a man at the Statue of Liberty offering assistance at approximately 10:00am on December *,After telling him we had reserved tickets, he told us we could avoid an 1/hour wait time and lines by purchasing tickets from him at $eachHe then quickly ushered us to an overcrowded shuttle (which charged us a $fee per person)We were taken to a pier and left to wait for hoursOne of group members noticed on the back of a ticket that there would be no entrance to Liberty Island or Ellis Island in which time we left

We were in *** *** for thanksgiving and wanted to head over to the free ferry rideWe were approach by men selling boat rides to see *** *** *** * *** ** ***A man showed us a boat that we would be in and the time of departureWe were told that we had to walk around to the next block to find the shuttle and to look for a man wearing the same color shirt as he did (red) My wife, small children, and I walked and didn’t see anyone by that descriptionWe met another tourists that were on the same shuttle and said (pointing to him) that gentlemen (wearing something not red) We were shuttled with some other people on a bus to a pier that was to be on the 11am departure Mind you, it was 25-degrees on Nov 20thWe waited for an hr outside in the cold bc the boat had to get gas Why wasn’t this all coordinated so we don’t get the 11am time? When the boat arrived, it wasn’t the boat that was advertisedWhat was advertised was one of their nicer boats, the cabana boat We got on the queen of heartsI wld not recommend this company to my worst enemyAt least we didn’t get scam out of $per ticketWe paid $40, which probably isn’t great eitherSTAY AWAY FROM TOURSRUSNYC!!

While in NYC, my friends and I were cheated out of money for a Statue of Liberty tour by a company called "ESU sight seeing tour" or "Freedom cruises" or "Queen of hearts"We were convinced that we would be better off paying for a tour than the free Ferry that we planned originallyAfter much convincing, this lady with a red hat, id and tags that looked legit takes our money and sends us on our way by taxi to the pier (should have been a sign)Once we arrive to the pier, on time, the boat had already left minutes priorAfter a lot of yelling and screaming, we realized that there was also a couple and a bus load (about people) who had been sold the same tickets and were out of their $We were all forced to buy another taxi back just to confront the lady who of course had been long goneNYPD showed up and said they often receive complaints about this Company but there was nothing they could doI've tried their toll free number with no luck and their website says under cons

Visting NYC and went to Battery Park to tour the Statue of Liberty with my fianceeWas stopped by an agressive sales person in yellow and red shirtsWe were told all boats that land on the island(s) were sold out and we weren't allowed to enter Battery Park beyond furtherWe purchased tickets $each and I added a tip (they seemed so nice) at 15% - so the total purchase was $It was about 11:a.mand were escorted to wait for a bus as being assured we'd be on the 12:p.mboatWe finally boarded the bus (awful and no air conditioning) around 12:p.mand noticed we were headed away from the waterI inquired to the bus driver who did not speak English or a language that I could successfully communicateThen, I could tell we were headed out of NYC and going to New JerseyI asked to get off the bus and was not allowed to do soWe arrived an hour later, no bathrooms at the dock, no boat they said for another hour, so we left at 2:p.m., and took an Uber back to

The Queen of Hearts promised to take us to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and shuttle us to and from Pier 36, after grabbing our money they shuttled us to the Pier and we boarded the ferry which only took us to the Statue, never got to see Ellis Island, and brought us back to Pier We all stood in line in a downpour waiting for the promised shuttle back to Battery Park They never came stranding over people including women and children at night We all huddled under a bridge in the horrible rain storm We called a taxi but there were none available If it hadn't been for the ***n sending an off duty employee to rescue us we may have run into terrible trouble These people should not be licensed in the State of New York with these horrendous business practices

We were told there would be free off street parkingThere was not so we missed the last ferry trying to find parking

I paid for the Queen of Hearts tour 3/**/They advertised that they would give us an actual tour of the Statue of Liberty( we would be allowed to walk and take pictures The shuttle picked us up and after the cruise we were informed that we would be picked up in fifteen minutesIt was in the low 20'sI waited for minutes and ended up walking and finding a cabMy feet and hands were numb from standing out in the cold for so longI had to pay for cab fare because no one ever showed upNot to mention we did not get the tour that was promisedAll we did was drive close to to the Statue of Liberty and make a quick u turn

Freedom Cruises - Statue of Liberty Cruise from Staten Island Ferry is a complete scam We paid $for people and were told there was a departure every mins Then we had to take minute shuttle ride to a totally different peer When we arrived there were hundreds of people waiting in line for the one boat that was operating and were told it would likely be hours before our turn So I asked for a refund but was told that we have to go back to other peer to get a refund This is just not right and they should be penalized for advertising

I went with my mother and her friend to take the tour See NY From The Water Ticket numbers were #*** ***, and ***
Each ticket cost $for a total of $ The tickets were purchase cash
Before taking the tour, they made us wait for over hours because of weather conditions, and once we took it, we had to return after minutes because of the weather again They told us that we were going to receive a refund, but there wasn't any agent on the pier to help us or to give us the refund #

My family I were visiting New York and we wanted to go see the Statue of LibertyA male approached us and asked if we wanted to buy ticketsI told him I was going to purchase tickets elsewhere and he told me they were sold outSo I verified that his tickets would get me to the Statue of Liberty and that we would actually dock on the islandHe said yes, so we purchased the ticketsWe went on the boat and we just sailed near the Statue of Liberty and turned back aroundEveryone on the boat seemed to be just as upset as I wasA few of us approached an employee at the dock, but he said to contact the number on the back of the ticketThe ticket did say the boat did not dock at the island, but I did not have the tickets in my possession until after I paid so there was no way of knowing that informationI tried to call several times, but I have been unsuccessful in reach anybody, the line just continues to ring
