AFTER INSTALLING A NEW GAS BOILER FOR A CONVERSION, THE CUSTOMER CLAIMED TO HEAR A HIGH PITCHED NOISEWE SENT A PLUMBER BACK TO CHECK ON THE NOISE AND AT THAT TIME DID NOT HEAR THE NOISE BUT CHANGED OUT THE CIRCULATOR AND FLO VALVE ( APPROXIMATELY $WORTH OF MATERIAL)AGAIN THE CUSTOMER HEARD THE NOISE AND WE WENT BACK AGAINWE HEARD THE NOISE AND REDIRECTED THE HEAT LINES AND REPLACED THE AIR VENT (AS PER [redacted] REPRESENTATIVE)WE ALSO HAD A REPRESENTATIVE FROM [redacted] COME TO THE HOUSE AND FOUND NOTHING TO BE WRONG WITH THE INSTALLED BOILERTHE ORIGINAL JOB WAS A GAS CONVERSION WHERE WE TOOK OUT THE OIL FIRED BOILER AND REPLACED WITH A GAS FIRED BOILER.NO PIPING WAS TOUCHED IN THE HOUSEAFTER SPENDING APPROXIMATELY SEVEN EXTRA HOURS LOOKING FOR THIS NOISE AND DOING TROUBLESHOOTING, IT IS FELT THAT THIS NOISE WAS PRESENT PRIOR TO OUR COMPANY DOING A NEW INSTALLATION AND WE HAVE DONE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO FIND THE SOURCE BUT IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE UNIT THAT WAS INSTALLED

Prior to your installation there was absolutely no noise emanating anywhere from existing furnace and piping. Something that you did has caused this high pitched whineHow can you say that no piping in my house was touchedYou had to open all existing pipes and rework them to fit new boiler. You have changed things and somehow this is creating the noise. You have not fixed this problem. I believe there is more you could do to resolve this but you are unwilling to invest in fixing it

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Richard PDeegan & Son Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

be waived but he is not taking responsibility for the uncleaned water pipe to the boiler which was suppose to be done at the time of replacing the boiler and the damages which is causing

WE ALSO HAD A REPRESENTATIVE FROM [redacted] COME TO THE HOUSE AND FOUND NOTHING TO BE WRONG WITH THE INSTALLED BOILER. THE ORIGINAL JOB WAS A GAS CONVERSION WHERE WE TOOK OUT THE OIL FIRED BOILER AND REPLACED WITH A GAS FIRED BOILER.NO PIPING WAS TOUCHED IN THE HOUSE. AFTER SPENDING APPROXIMATELY SEVEN EXTRA HOURS LOOKING FOR THIS NOISE AND DOING TROUBLESHOOTING, IT IS FELT THAT THIS NOISE WAS PRESENT PRIOR TO OUR COMPANY DOING A NEW INSTALLATION AND WE HAVE DONE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO FIND THE SOURCE BUT IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE UNIT THAT WAS INSTALLED.
