My listing agent, Keith M., called me a ***, and an "***" on a telephone conversation this past weekend. He was totally inappropriate and ungentlemanly in his comments. When I shared the information with his broker, Penny B., she could not understand why I felt that we should not continue our business relationship. Penny and Keith, through documented emails have patently refused to answer numerous simple questions.
Paramount, in my prior 10 South Carolina real estate experiences, Penny B., has been the most difficult and unreasonable broker with which I have dealt. I agreed to enter into a contract with Keith M. on the basis that I would have no contact with Penny B.. That did not occur.
I've never had experience with a more disrespectful, inappropriate group in decades of real estate purchases.
Keith is no longer with my company. He's with Remax Southern shores and this is one reason why he's no longer with us.
