Review: I scheduled this company to do work for me and when the day came to do the work they just blew me off. No phone call. No contact of any kind. They are a plumber and I had a bad leak in my basement and scheduled them to come out the next day to repair it and they just blew me and did not return any of my three phone calls. This is unacceptable any business that operates this way should not be allowed to be in business. People depend on plumbers when they have a bad situation and to just disregard a scheduled customer is just downright hatefull, and shows absolutely no concern or regard for their customers. They should have to face a fine for some type of breach of contract.Desired Settlement: I would like them to call me and explain why they just blew me off after scheduling the work?? and why they did not return any of my phone calls.
