*** ** *** placed an order with Boll & Branch on Friday May 12, at 6:31pm EST using our *** standard ground shipping (free of charge to all USA customers.) Since his order was placed after hours and on a Friday his estimated arrival date at check out was Monday 5/21/by end of day
The customer did not read the estimated delivery date, I am unsure of the reason, and took business days as days in generalWe do not ship on weekends which is why we state business days both at check out as well as our FAQ pageThe package was delivered within business days on 5/21/at 12:15pmThe customer emailed us the following: *** *** Saturday ?11:am NAME * *** *** EMAIL * J*** RELATED TOPIC Problem With An Order PHONE NUMBER (Just for our uses, we promise!)
