In response to customers complaints.1) garage door damageThe door was installed and functionalAs the customer asked I came out several times to try to adjust the door to his liking I also hired and payed for an outside company to come out and look at it, they ended up replacing some of the faulty parts from the manufacturerWhen I billed the customer for the parts only as we discussed as I was going to cover the labor costs no reimbursement was receivedThe customer complained of a small dent in the bottom panel of the door.I am willing to try to straighten the damaged area even though I was not reimbursed for the parts as we agreedI feel this is a fair resolution to this item2) fencingI received payment for the upgraded gates and am willing to reimburse the customer for the EXACT amount the customer paid for the materialsI feel this is a fair resolution to this item.3) garage floor coatingAs I directed the customer to do, he contacted the manufacturer of the garage floor coating and was sent new material for the floorAs the product failed(this is why he was given new product) and has nothing to do with the installation I consider this matter to be resolved.Thank you

Attached are the requested contractsGarage Door Damage
There have been multiple calls and meetings on the garage door damage The door was not installed correctly since day It would not balance properly and
got stuck a lot when it was cold out The party did come out and try to adjust it and during that time the tension released they had something under the door that damaged one of the panels This damage has not been fixed and the door still is not installed properlyFence
The contract calls for the replacement of a fence that was removed during the construction of the garage We decided on the upgrade to gates, which was paid for To date none of that has been delivered on installedGarage Floor Coating
Soon after the garage floor coating was installed it began to peel I did get replacement product from the manufacturer and the agreement was he was going to grind off the existing floor and replace it with the new productThe address in the contracts is an Eagan, MN post office box The only way I could get a hold of him was to write to the address provided to the Revdex.com by certified mail He told me to continue to utilize that address for all future written communicationPlease let me know if you need any additional information*** ***

The response from the contractor is not adequate. All of these issues were caused of his own doing and he should be responsible for rectifying them. I was willing to work with the contractor to find an amicable solution but it appears he is not willing to do that. All of these issues he has verbally stated during meetings he was going to fix so I was happy with his work but that has not occurredI would like to thank the Revdex.com for their help in trying to rectify the situation but it appears that will not happen. I will look for other avenues to rectify the situation with this contractor
