Bollmans Pool & Spa

I am rejecting this response because:
I called Bollmans on the day of opening asking for Doug Bollman to give me a call because I thought, not knew, that the guys who opened it did not clean off the winter cover before removing. I have been a customer with Bollmans for YEARS. After not hearing from Doug for days I called again and was put on hold. Some guy got on the phone yelling at me saying "my guys will never set foot on your property again". Then he hung up on me before I could even respond. I NEVER wanted to "part ways". I just wanted some communication. I have no proof they added any chemicals other that their invoice. My pump is not running, my skimmers are not functioning and the pool looks like a filthy pond. I don't owe them more than $and that's all I'm willing to pay.Bob ***

Our opening is to remove the cover, set up and start the filter system, vacuum the pool once to remove heavy debris and treat the water with chemicals. When the cover was removed, the pool water was green and had debris in it. Mr*** claims the debris on top of the cover was
dumped into his pool when it was removed. This is false. We clean the covers off before removing them. The debris that was in the pool was from leaves from the fall and other debris from winter...which is completely normal. Also, after adding the opening chemicals and they do their job, it causes the algae, etcto rise to the surface of the water. We did the job we were hired for. The customer takes over and treats the water and vacuums again after the opening chemicals have a couple of days to work. If requested, we will return to treat and vacuum again at an additional cost. Mr*** called and complained the same day we opened the pool. You must give the chemicals time to work. He was upset and said he wanted to part ways so we invoiced him for the work that was completed and expect payment in full

Doug Bollman and Mr*** spoke by phone for several minutes on 6/8. It is my understanding that the matter is to be addressed by them and no further involvement by the Revdex.com is necessary

Furthermore, damage to my pump & filter system(laterals) due to their employees incompetence, were madeI now need new laterals & replacement of some cvp piping(that gets the skimmers to circulate) that were obviously loose and not connected correctly. The current company thinks that explains the hang up call and that Bollmans were aware of this & that is why I was told they would not come back to my property I want full compensation for the cost to have this fixedI am not responsible for their employees incompetenceThey put to holes in my winter cover a couple of years agoThey did repair that mistake. I have photos of that & how they opened my pool this yearI’m done discussing thisAll I wanted was for Doug to call/come by to resolve thisNow I know why he did not I want compensation & an apology….I’ll settle for compensation Bob ***
