We do our best to ensure that individuals who have their vehicles repossessed are treated with respect and a high level of service. In most cases,  these individuals do not choose to do business with us, rather their creditors choose to do business with us. Regardless, we make every attempt to...

be courteous and responsive to our clients customers.
In the referenced case, we made every attempt to provide access to her personal property during our normal office hours. Unfortunately, Mrs. [redacted] was not able to make it during our office hours and requested after hours service. We charge a gate fee of $40.00 to cover our expenses of coming to the yard after hours and opening the gate to provide access to repossessed vehicles.
Understanding Mrs. [redacted]s frustration, we made every attempt to accommodate her wishes. We ultimately waived the gate fee of $40.00 and allowed her access to our yard where to was given access to her vehicle.  However, Mrs. [redacted] did leave a large abundance  of trash and boxes for us to discard.
At no time did we refuse to allow Mrs. [redacted] access to her vehicle. We simply asked her to come during our normal office hours or to set an appointment for after hours service and pay the after hours fee. This resulted in Miss [redacted] becoming enraged, screaming, threats, and cursing at our representatives.
If you need any other information or would like additional information, please let us know.

Hello, I do recall speaking to Mrs. [redacted] myself as she had called in yesterday 06/05 10:01am.I did log her complaint and informed her that we do not conduct business in such a disrespectful manor. After speaking with her and taking in all the information provided by her that is when I informed...

her that we shall complete our own investigation. She was also informed the company is not open on the weekends to obtain any personal property. However, I did inform the debtor that we did not recieve the order to repossess the wanted unit until Saturday 06/03 @ 12:58am... There was a long conversation that our client does not only use our company for their needs so that she will need to call her Lien holder and obtain who the previous agent was. We had no previous contact or any contact with the registered owner or his wife until 06/05 @ 4pm. When property was released to registered owner. As for our hours of operation in the office for customer contact it is as follows-- Mon-Fri 9-5pm Angela P[redacted]General Manager

Driver of BOLO auto recovery came to repossess car and threatened me and my family because he didn't find a car at the address at that moment. He was yelling at me while I was holding 9 month old baby in my hands. Later he came to our door and threatened that we "don't want to mess with him", and that he will find a car. I told him, that's not the problem, I understand it's his job to take the car. He came the other day (06/02/17) at 1:20AM and repossessed the car. I realized it in the morning and called to see if I can have at least baby stroller, car seat and baby formula. They never responded on any of my calls. It's weekend now and I have to wait till Monday to get at least baby stuff which I really need. I cannot believe people like this get hired and nobody does anything when you complain. If you ever see this company's truck near your car or house, better hide or run before they threaten and yell at you. It's sad what people would do for little money. Maybe they get bonus if they humiliate someone?
This is not over, I will file complaint against this company and driver with my lawyer. Also, my embassy has been notified as I'm foreigner citizen and I have legal rights to feel safe and not threatened while in the US. I have called this company over 30 times in past 3 days and they didn't answer once.

Recovered my vehicle in Las Vegas. Noticed some dents in the door that were definitely not there before. Called the office the day it was recovered and they said to email a certain person whose name I will withhold.

This was on a Friday and there was probably 30 minutes left in the business day, so I waited until Monday to email pictures.

No response to my email. I sent a follow up email nine days later only to receive an auto email saying, said individual, is on vacation for another 4 days. That's fine, it's the Holidays.

I call again 12 days later (plenty of time for the Holidays to pass) and talked to this individual. They were argumentative, terse, and most definitely not customer friendly.

They made no acknowledgement of my emails as proof of contact and timeframe...instead just staying without any objective backing, "Our trucks cannot cause that damage. You signed a waiver releasing us from any damage, so there's nothing I will do further."

They were small dents, I was patient, and calm on the phone....and even patient the day I recovered my vehicle and they lost my electronic entry key (I chose to have them take $100 off the bill rather than wait 3 hours for a locksmith to arrive).

At the end of the day, I will not disparage them or this individual with emotional rhetoric. They may be right legally with their "waiver," but I would not recommend their services to anyone.

this company is looking for a jerry b[redacted] who has not lived here for over 3 years. they have been told that many times. But they continue to look for him here. How do I get them off my back and tell the auto company looking for this man he does not live here.

Review: BEWARE of this company. We lost our jobs after having a baby. We understand [redacted] taking the car back but what we don't understand is why they use such a disruptable business to conduct their car recovery. We have contacted Jlj Auto Recovery multiple times by phone. We were moving moving to my mother=in-law's home and they towed our car. All of our mail, clothes, baby car seat, stroller, pack and play along with our clothes were in the car. This company will not return any items. I have called them multiple times and they say call [redacted]. [redacted] says to call the towing company. Now they are saying that they only hold the items for 30 days and then donate them. We have spoked to "[redacted]" multiple times and each time it is something different. We need our personal items and especially our baby's things.Desired Settlement: We want our personal items back. We have asked to go and pick them up!!!

Review: this company repossessed my vehicle and will not allow me to get my personal belongings out of the vehicle with out a 40.00 fee. These items include my sons car seat. This company has been very rude to me. I explained I did not have the 40.00 but needed my car seat but he said," to bad make an appointment and pay the 40 or I cant have it back."Desired Settlement: I would like my items returned without a fee.
