Thank you for the opportunity to resolve the invoice dispute between Bolo Eco Smart and ABC PediatricsBecause we currently provide janitorial services to other offices closer to ABC Pediatrics, we went ahead and drastically reduced the price for the “one time cleaning service
Here at Bolo Eco Smart, we charge $per hour for commercial cleaning servicesWe do not charge per hour for contracted customer nor be square feetABC Pediatrics said that their cleaning budget is low yet they would still prefer a deep cleaning package/service
In the beginning of this project, it was difficult to develop a base price because the extent of the dirt within the office was not known until we started into the projectInitially, the doctor said that here office only take one hour, so I decided that we can complete the project for $Also, the doctor indicated that if she like our effective and reliable method of cleaning, she will sign the contract for us to clean her office for twice per week for about $This was a discounted price for ABC Pediatric as well
At the end of the cleaning project, the doctor admitted that she like the service yet she refuses to sign the contractTherefore, we had to charged her for the amount of hours we spend in her officeWe spent a total of hours in the office, we provided the cleaning supplies, business insurance, vehicle, gas, and labor as wellWe give her a huge discount yet she complains about paying the bill at the end of the service
In fact, we ended up scrubbing her entire hardwood floor because it was complected dirty, and we also did not expect the high level of dust and allergens to be present her her officeWe provided ABC Pediatrics a great cleaning service, the floor was complected clean and shiny
We also polish ABC Pediatrics entire hardwood floor as wellABC Pediatric provided the floor polish, and we provided all the cleaning supplies and equipmentWe charge extra for floor polishing
ABC Pediatrics Center plays a major role in providing health care services to the Brooklyn community and the region as a wholeWe at Bolo share your commitment to excellence and we are proud to provide cleaning service to themWe appreciate our hard work to be rewarded, we will kindly appreciate if ABC Pediatrics pay for the cleaning service

Review: The office of ABC Pediatrics and Medical is filing a complaint against Bolo Eco Smart cleaning "company." [redacted] who's title is "Account Development Representative & Technician," went around from office to office promoting his business and we had the information if we were interested in using his cleaning company's services. We informed [redacted] IF and WHEN we are interested we will contact the company. However, he was really persistent and continued to call every other day. The Doctor decided to give Bolo Eco Smart Cleaning Company a try and we contacted [redacted] via Email and Phone. We informed [redacted] of what the Doctor wants done in the office as well as the current rate she was paying for her current cleaning company. [redacted] was 100% aware and even OFFERED and was willing to MATCH the rate we AGREED ON. With that being said, he knew what we wanted and we informed him that in our office we have all the cleaning supplies, products, etc everything needed to clean this office all we need is someone to come and actually clean and [redacted] was AWARE of this. So once everything was finalized and the Doctor agreed to TRY Bolo Eco Smart Cleaning Company, we contacted [redacted] informed him that we were interested in a TRIAL CLEANING. [redacted] agreed to the TRIAL cleaning and he did ask us "if the Doctor likes their cleaning will she be willing to sign a contract?" We told [redacted] NUMEROUS times, the Doctor will not sign a contract at that moment being that this would be considered a TRIAL CLEANING and if she likes your cleaning we will contact you and we can proceed with contracts, payments, etc. Although he was not happy with this response he did agree to it and we arranged an appointment for a trial cleaning. [redacted] and his associate came in to do the trial cleaning and when they finished, he approached the Doctor regarding the contract and if she would sign it. We informed him that we did not say we will sign a contract which is why we considered this a TRIAL CLEANING. The Doctor wrote a check for $100 for the TRIAL and he was extremely dissatisfied and proceeded to yell and argue with the Doctor that this was unfair treatment. At this point, patients were already in the office and he still proceeded to yell and argue and denied the $100 check that the Doctor wrote out for the TRIAL cleaning. The following day, [redacted] emailed us and sent us a bill for what he believes he should have been paid and this came out of no where as he did not even mention this prior to his storming out of the office and slamming doors and yelling in front of patients to the Doctor. When we contacted [redacted] to inform him that we are not going to pay the amount he decided to bill us for and we proceeded to ask for a [redacted] and he refused to transfer us and provide any information of his [redacted] was extremely rude and threatened the Doctor that if we do not pay the bill he will send it into collections. We never signed a contract and/or promised to. This is not how you conduct a professional business, BOLO ECO SMART IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CLEANING BUSINESS WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!Desired Settlement: The Doctor requests the collection billed to be cancelled as we did not sign a contract and or agree to hire Bolo Eco Smart cleaning company. The point of a trial is pretty self explanatory. [redacted] was unprofessional, rude, and unmannerly and does not deserve customers if that is how he believes he should be dealing with customers. The worst experience I've ever had, considering a start up cleaning business who wants customers. There was no signing of contract. Thank you!

Here at Bolo Eco Smart, we charge $60 per hour for commercial cleaning services. We do not charge per hour for contracted customer nor be square feet. ABC Pediatrics said that their cleaning budget is low yet they would still prefer a deep cleaning package/service.
