Ms *** is correct in that we did only replace the front section of the roofShe was told at the time of the installation that our men did not feel comfortable working on the back section, as several of the trusses were damaged and the roof,
itself, did not appear to be structurally sound
We tried to do her a favor and help her with the main portion that appeared to be the cause of the greatest amount of damage to her homeWe did this at our cost and did not charge her anythingWe also helped secure other sections of the home that were in bad shape
To date, we have expensed over $10,in repairs to MsSink's home and have not asked her for any moneyWe did this out of kindness to try to help reduce the amount of water that was getting into her home
We would ask that the Revdex.com remove this claim as there was no exchange of moneyThis was something we sought to do, at our cost, to try to reduce SOME of the burden on Ms***
We did not ask for anything in returnWe simply tried to help as best as we could but given the shape that the house is in, we did as much as we couldThis home is in desperate need of assistance that stretches beyond our reachIt was in worse shape before we made several thousand dollars worth of repairs, again, at no cost to Ms ***
At this time, we cannot expense out further resources to do additional repairsMs *** has ignored our request to have her insurance company out and to look at the damage to the rear of her homeOur belief is that her insurance company would be happy to assist and could actually pay for the repairs needed

I have been in discussion with him and I have corrected the lawn repair. His financing has been addressed to be resolved and we will refinance from his current note to a 12 months same as cash. There was just a misunderstanding and he have resolved this issue. The financing will  be changed to...

18 months. The grass has been repaired with new sod put in, and he said it looks great.

This issue was an issue that started before the owner bought the home. The issue is not actually with the roof we installed, but with the gutter guards that were on the home previously. We inspected his home this morning. We are helping him resolve this issue.

contract specifications. We did recently have a delay with the shutters being miss-measured once and reordered to them discover that they were a custom size and had to be fabricated. They were re-ordered, and have arrived at our supplier and are being installed today. Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] have been more than patient, and we appreciate them giving us the opportunity to make the project exactly how they want. The house looks great.
