I am rejecting this response because:I would like to discuss this complain in person with a Revdex.com representative or over the phone

On January 13th 2017 , [redacted] called Bolt Insurance Services requesting a quote and subsequently wanted to purchase an Auto Insurance Policy. This process was taking place by phone because the client needed the Auto Insurance for a vehicle he was purchasing before he could take...

drive the car off of the Car Dealership.  We attempted to process his credit card but it was declined.  He stated that he only had cash and asked us if we could use his boyfriend, [redacted] credit card for the Down Payment and [redacted] was going give him the cash.  We spoke to [redacted] and he corraborated the transaction.  We charged [redacted] card for $345 which was the total down payment.  The breakdown of the down payment is as follows , Stonewood Insurance Services received $179.99 premium and Bolt Insurance Services collected $165.01 which was the Broker Fee for a grand total of $345.00.    On January 10th, 2017 [redacted] calls Bolt Insurance Services requesting to Cancel his Auto Insurance Policy stating that he was not able to get financing.  He asked Bolt Insurance Services to mail the Refund Check to [redacted]s address. We told him that we needed a signed request in order to cancel.  We emailed him the Cancellation Request for him to sign several times and never responded.  We called him several times and [redacted] never responded. We called [redacted] in an attempt to get a letter from them stating that the vehicle had been returned.  They were uncooperative stating that [redacted] attempted to defraud them by giving them misleading information.  They did state that he could go to the [redacted] in person and request the letter himself.  [redacted] called Bolt Insurance Services approximately 5 times stating that he was coming to Bolt Insurance to pick up his refund check.  He was disrespectful and rude to several of our employees stating that he was going to sue us and call TV News Stations.  It was explained to him every time that we needed a signed Cancellation Request that we would forward to Stonewood Insurance Services at which time he would get a pro rated refund by mail fifteen days from the cancellation date.  On or about January 21st [redacted] calls Bolt Insurance Stating that [redacted] was in the process of purchasing a vehicle and that [redacted] was going to keep the Auto Insurance Policy.  On  January 23rd 2017 [redacted] calls our office to add a vehicle to this policy that he is purchasing from AutoStar Motors.  Bolt Insurance payed a difference in premium of $43.15 to Stonewood Ins. in order to process this request.  [redacted] was going to be billed for this amount.   On 01/26/2017 [redacted] signs the Cancellation requesting that the Refund Check be mailed to [redacted] address.     On February 2nd 2017 Bolt Insurance Services gets a chargeback notification from the Credit Card Processing Company stating that [redacted] reported a fraudulent charge on his Credit Card in the amount of $345.00 which was the original down payment.  This amount was take from Bolt Insurance Services. [redacted] and [redacted] subsequently proceed to call Bolt Insurance Services another 10 times requesting a refund, each phone call consisted of Law Suit threats and reporting us to News Media also accusing each other of theft and drug abuse.  They each came to our Fulton Ave location being combative, rude, disruptive and slamming doors. In order to stop the harassing phone calls I explained to [redacted] that I could only Refund him the Broker Fee that Bolt Insurance charged if he was willing to withdraw the false claim that there had been fraud on his credit card for the original payment.  [redacted] withdrew the false claim and signed a cancellation agreement.  He was given a Refund Check in the amount of $165.00.     [redacted] kept calling our office stating that he was physically coming by to pick up his refund check.  Since the Auto Insurance had been active for over a month we explained to him that we could help him get the Maximum amount of refund if he obtained a letter from the Original Car Dealership.  I personally asked [redacted] to stop harassing my employees on phone or in person over 10 times each time explaining to him the process for him to get the most amount of money back.  He was unresponsive to my requests.  One of our Employees ended up going to [redacted] to request this letter.  This letter was sent to Stonewood Insurance Services.  A few days later [redacted] comes into our Fulton Location demanding a refund.  It was explained to him for the 20th time that Stonewood would be giving him a refund.  He was being rude and combative with one of our Employees.  This employee called me and explained the situation.  I asked the Employee to put me on speaker phone at which time I told [redacted] to stop harassing my employees and leave the premises.  We called Stonewood Insurance and explained to them the potential danger that we were in because this obviously was not a mentally stable person.  They agreed to deposit the Refund Money into Bolt's Account.  We noticed the refund was in the our account on a Sunday.  [redacted] called [redacted] to tell him that we do not usually open on Sunday but the he would be in the office for several hours in case he wanted to stop by and pick up his refund check.  [redacted] stated that he was going to sue Bolt Insurance and report us to TV stations.  [redacted] was confused after his generous offer was met with such disrespect and malice. He proceeded to tell [redacted] that he could pick up his check during normal business hrs. at the Greenback location.  [redacted] called the following week stating that he could not get a ride to the Greenback location at which time [redacted] agreed to drive to the [redacted] Coffee on watt and el camino to hand deliver the refund check $179.99.     It appears that Bolt Insurance was caught in a quarrel between Lovers.  I am really disappointed in the lack of Morals and Values and Deceit that [redacted] keeps on exhibiting.  Bolt Insurance Services gave 100% of the money back to the clients. We also lost countless hours fielding harassing phone calls.  It is my sincere wish that the Revdex.com does not waste any more time and resources from False claims made by [redacted] against any business.
