We are sorry Mr [redacted] is unhappy. He placed his order online on 6/18/ In order to checkout, Mr [redacted] agreed to our terms of serviceHe checked that he agreed to the terms of service, which include details about a cancel or change order fee of 15% The reason, there is a fee, is because production is scheduled, blank merchandise is procured, an artist prepares the graphics for productionA proof was sent as promisedAt no time, did Mr [redacted] respond to numerous requests for approval to his proof, nor did he return phone calls checking on the status of his approval.Mr [redacted] at no time, questioned the method of printing with anyone on our stafff, to determine if there might have been an alternative optionIn fact when, he indicated that he wanted to cancel his message read: I changed my mindPlease cancel this order. We promptly issued a cancel, when the customer received an update about this, he then indicated he cancelled because of the print method. We will reduce the cancel fee to 5% which covers the cost of processing his credit card payment fees, and will absorb the other expenses that were necessary to process his order[redacted]

The customer placed an order online August at 7:pm Mr [redacted] uploaded and supplied; a hand drawn illustration for the front of the tshirt; the print colors selected were lemon yellow and black (the image he is referencing that he is dissatisfied with) Mr [redacted] also used our add text tool to create the type written on the back of the shirt in blackWe often receive hand drawn artwork; and are expected to maintain the integrity of the "hand-drawn" appeal of the art This is what we did for Mr***.The only request that was made to us by Mr [redacted] was to "would you cut out the white space outside of the artwork? Please do so" This is a common request, and we were able to accommodate his request. On August we provided a proof to Mr [redacted] which showed how his drawing would look printedWe indicated that we had traced the artwork (doing this does not degrade the image - but creates a vector file necessary to print the artwork). We received a reply to the proof approval via email requesting the following changes on August 6: "The torch is within each and every one of us." It is the self-conviction buried deep within each one of us which tells us, " We can and will create our dreams to come true" Would you center the sentences more and move the ( " ) to (we) A 2nd email on August (hours later) with this request:"The torch is within each and every one of us." It is the self-conviction buried deep within each one of us which tells us, " We can and will create our dreams to come true" I need it at least look like thisI need the quotation to be moved down to (we) and a coma where after us.Both of these emails: were references to the back image.Changes were made as requested, and Mr [redacted] Approved on August 7:You can start printing.Mr [redacted] did not communicate to the artist assigned to his order, that he expected a significant departure from the "hand-drawn" look of his graphic imageIf he had, we would have instructed him to provide a properly prepared graphic imageIf Mr [redacted] did not possess the skill set to provide a properly prepared image, we would have suggested hiring a graphic design agency Unfortunately, we do not provide graphic design services; nor do we advertise that we provide graphic design services. Please find attached files: customer uploaded artworkcomparison between uploaded artwork and production fileproof provided and approved by customer. We are sorry that Mr[redacted] is unhappy, however we would not consider this a misprint or defect as the artwork that was supplied and approved is what was used to print the shirts If Mr [redacted] is able to provide a properly prepared file, and would like to order additional shirts; we would offer a discount for a new order using a revamped image file for the front and same design on the back.Respectfully, [redacted] .com

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I had questions and struggled with the website, from the hello no one was kind They sighed and acted annoyed the entire time I am a smart woman with a masters degree, and was treated like a common it I cancelled my order and will never recommend them

We apologize that the customer did not receive the emails that were sentUnfortunately, our emails sometimes end up in customer spam foldersThe customer placed an order with our company during the July 4th holiday weekend; an authorization hold is placed for the amount of the order as processed -
these funds are not collected - but are pending. We did have questions about the order and we did send email notifications regarding thisThe customer requested an in-hands date that was not possible with the level of shipping selected; and we had questions regarding the imagery to be used. We were able to resolve the issues with the customer on July 7thA proof was provided to the customer on the 7th of July - a link was sent to view the proof that was available online. The customer was able to approve the order on the 10thThe customer was very upset about not receiving the email notifications; unfortunately, it is something we can not control when it leaves our serverThe customer requested to cancel the order and receive a full refundWhich we honored that request within hours

For the second year in a row I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Bolt Printing. I have ordered t-shirts for a school play and have been impressed with the level of 1-1 service offered to get the job done right. I ended up making some minor changes and they were taken care of readily and patiently. And better yet - I received the order earlier than anticipated. I will be back, and I will recommend Bolt Printing to others. A special thanks to Sully for going above and beyond!

Bolt Printing has the best customer service! Olive and Bolt Printing is exceptional at getting our order right and delivered on time. The prices are on point too!

Review: They didn't state there were any issues with the artwork submitted before the printing. They should have mentioned please replace this with a better piece of artwork because we will have some issues in the printing. The print was really dull and not enough ink.

Bolt printing.com didn't mention they do not edit at all of the printing material. They should have this in bold print and or should communicate before the artwork is printed so these issues don't happen and they have more satisfied customers.Desired Settlement: Either a refund or reprint of the 50 shirts.

Sincerely,

Bolt Printing is one of the easiest printing companies to work with! Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. They can make what seems impossible possible! And the quality is top notch.

Review: After limitations of printing were explained on proof of order decided to cancel. Was charged a cancellation fee despite never agreeing to such a fee. This is ridiculous. I've never heard of such a fee on order like this and I print 1,000s if shirts each year.Desired Settlement: Full refund of cancelled order
