Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2015/07/14) */ We were contacted by this consumer on June 9, regarding her dislike for Carrot JuiceDuring the conversation with the consumer, the service representative determined it was "flavor dislike" rather than a quality issueWe do not typically replace the product unless it was a quality complaintIn addition, for quality issues, we require the manufacturing codes from the packaging, which the consumer was unable to provideThe consumer had a similar complaint on 9/25/and was unable to provide the manufacturing codes at that timeAt that time, we advised the consumer that we were making an exception for her and provided her with a refund even though her complaint was not due to a quality issue and no manufacturing codes were providedShe was advised that manufacturing codes would be required on all future product complaints In response to the consumer complaint received on June 9, the consumer was advised that we were sending her discount coupons which could be used on some of the other Bolthouse products she does enjoyThis complaint did not qualify for a refund/replacement because it was not a quality issue and the consumer was unable to provide manufacturing codes from the packagePlease let me know if you need additional information Sincerely, [redacted] ***
