I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me
To whom it may concern, The tenant spoke to leasing agent and said that at the beginning of his lease he paid $to get his apartment cleanWhich is incorrectWith the previous company, [redacted] Realty, there was a $application fee and a $administration fee that everyone that applied had to pay, had nothing to do with cleaningBolton Estates pays a company to clean every unit before someone moves in into our communityHe also said that he was told that if we didn't have to fix anything, that he will get his full deposit back, which once again this is incorrectAt the time of asking him who had said this, tenant said he didn't rememberThere is only two people in our office and neither of us said anything close to thatHe has nothing is writing nor a receipt to prove anything that he is sayingHe confessed that he did not have the apartment clean nor the carpet at the time of move-outHe was charged a flat fee of $to clean the apartment and a flat $to clean the carpet, which is a fair priceHis deposit was $and $bucks were refunded to himPlease see attach the tenants lease and read under "When Moving Out"Thank you,Bolton Estates Management
the refund was$dollars and not $If I was suppose to get $back from my deposit what is the mix up?
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.
the refund was$70 dollars and not $90. If I was suppose to get $90 back from my deposit what is the mix up?
To whom it may concern, The tenant spoke to leasing agent and said that at the beginning of his lease he paid $100.00 to get his apartment clean. Which is incorrect. With the previous company, [redacted] Realty, there was a $35.00 application fee and a $100.00 administration fee that everyone...
that applied had to pay, had nothing to do with cleaning. Bolton Estates pays a company to clean every unit before someone moves in into our community. He also said that he was told that if we didn't have to fix anything, that he will get his full deposit back, which once again this is incorrect. At the time of asking him who had said this, tenant said he didn't remember. There is only two people in our office and neither of us said anything close to that. He has nothing is writing nor a receipt to prove anything that he is saying. He confessed that he did not have the apartment clean nor the carpet at the time of move-out. He was charged a flat fee of $65.00 to clean the apartment and a flat $65.00 to clean the carpet, which is a fair price. His deposit was $200 and $90 bucks were refunded to him. Please see attach the tenants lease and read under "When Moving Out". Thank you,Bolton Estates Management
To who it may concern, I do apologize it was a mistake on my end, I did the math wrong. I did say $90.00 dollars but in fact it was $70.00. As stated on the first response, tenant was charged $65 for apartment cleaning and $65 for carpet cleaning. $65 plus $65 = $130. Tenants deposit was $200 minus $130= $70.00 which is what was refunded to tenant.thank you and once again sorry for the confusion.Bolton Estates Management
