Bolton Field Car Wash

On August 11th I received a phone call from a customer saying she was upset from her experience at the carwash.She stated that a employee or manager had taken money from her and insulted herI stated that I im not the owner but the operator of the facility and I was not at that location on the night of the 10thShe insisted that it was a manager or employee, I informed her that I was the only caretaker for the carwash because I take care of it for my father, who is handicapped can not make the mile drive from Zanesville to columbus and I'm the only employee I apologized anyway for her experience that night and offered to refund her and provide a free washShe agreed to meet on August 15th at 10am at the carwash so I could provide more clarity of the situation and to show her that I was not the individual that took her moneySadly she did not show up Saturday morning to discuss the issue
