November 1,2017 from the previous owner. The previous owner is filing bankruptcy, and we purchased the assets from his lending bank, as strictly an asset sale. Unfortunately, you are not the only person we have had to deal with regarding damage claims from work done prior to us taking over the location. These claims were the result of poor management and operations, of which we had no control. You are certainly entitled to your small claims filing, and I would probably do the same thing in this situation, but with the pending bankruptcy and overdue balances he created over the last year, I am not sure it would be worth your time.
