If the item is being returned exactly how it was purchased with ALL tickets attached including our price ticket and you have the receipt, you can return the item to the store for a refund. If there are no tickets attached and/or no receipt we can issue you a store credit. Please contact me either by phone or fax and I will contact the store regarding the return. Review: I went to Bolton's to buy some clothing including slip shorts for under dresses and skirts. At checkout I had asked the sales lady specifically on that item (the shorts) if it was also returnable because their sign did not specify that anything specific was non-returnable besides clearance items. She had assured me that it was so I purchased it. After going home and realizing it did not fit I attempted to go return them, with the ticket still attached and well within the 15 days allowed, and a different sales lady would not allow me to return the item. She told me all undergarments and lingerie we're non-returnable, but here there was no sign saying so and the sales lady at the time of checkout had told me they we're in fact returnable. If that is their policy then they need to inform their employs and have it posted on their huge rerun policy poster that specifies everything else besides this one thing.Desired Settlement: I want the $9.99 credited back to me in return for the item as that is what I was promised at checkout.
