Sheehy Auto Stores makes every effort to provide great customer service and explain everything fully [redacted] came in with a complaint about his transmissionAs we do for all of our customerswe offered to helpHis complaint was that he felt the car shake and noticed the rpm’s fluttering at the same time, it wasn’t a constant issueTo my recollection of our conversation it had only happened once and it was briefPer policy, service contacted Nissan to get the “CPO’’ work approved on the carEvidently, they had just approved a new transmission only five thousand miles prior and needed more evidence of the issue before approving more workTheir request was for a video submission of what was happeningOur service logged almost an additional miles trying to duplicate the issue, it was only after they couldn’t find a problem with the car and couldn’t duplicate the issue that they had [redacted] come back and pick it upThis was all thoroughly explained to [redacted] We let him know that we didn’t give up on helping him, but were at an impasse on what could be done at that time, without having any proof that a problem actually existedThanks for your considerationWe attempt to satisfy every customer to the best of our abilityOur goal is to always sincerely and enthusiastically help customers.Thank you,Ryan F*Used Car Manager Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf

Please find this correspondence to complaint ID# [redacted] in an effort to provide response and clarity in the referenced document.Upon review of the complaint and the provided potential resolutions per Mr [redacted] in his delivered emails to the store, we have provided a requested solution, The mirrors are "in fact" covered under warranty for the lifetime of the vehicle per [redacted] located in Waldorf MarylandThis information was communicated to Mr [redacted] after he had taken delivery of his vehicle and Contacted the Store.It was further discussed that the store would not incur the entire cost of mirror installation for any new ones following the day delay in notification and the noted fifetime warranty already in place- Additional possible resolutions included installing mirrors with a dealer cost of $in which the store would complete the work for $Please note that this was with him understanding the plated mirrors "in fact" have warranty, as was his expressed concern in his own requested resolution.John B [redacted] , Service Manager spoke to Mr [redacted] and stated that he wanted to pay half and have new mirrors installed in email which clearly substantiates the aforementioned correspondenceThat email can be provided as reference.We regret any confusion in this matter and understandably have done our best to provide reasonable resolution.Sincerely,James W***General Sales ManagerSheehy Nissan of Waldorf

8/26/15Dear Revdex.com,Sheehy Auto Stores makes every effort to provide great customer service and explain everything fully.The night that the *** family came to pick up their vehicle the new vehicle they sought was coming from another dealerThe selection we had in stock didn’t fit
with what they neededThe ***'s looked over the car before they took it in and knew the dent was there and we told them it would be fixedAfter them further inspecting the vehicle they arrived on the 24th of August to speak with a managerThey met with Joe E*** the General Manager of the store and expressed the vehicle wasn’t ever detailed correctly and there were some areas of displeasure appearance wiseOne was near the rear tail gate area which is known as the A frame and also the front hoodJoe brought his service manager up with two senior technicians to address the concerns of the *** family and pointed out the two areas they weren’t pleased with and put them in a loaner car so they could enjoy their dayWe realigned the front hood and rear tailgateThey picked up the vehicle Tuesday ensuring their satisfaction with another detail and both **and *** said they were satisfied to the service manager Ala O*** on Tuesday upon pick up August 25th.Thanks for your considerationWe attempt to satisfy every customer to the best of our abilityOur goal is to always sincerely and enthusiastically help customers.Ref*Thank you,Pam D.Controller

I am rejecting this response because:
From the day Nissan service center told me that they could not get the problem to reoccur on video, my Nissan *** is still having transmission issuesAs soon as I drove it off the lot the transmission was acting upAlso, the rims on the right side of the car are scuffed like someone hit a curbMrRyan F* is not telling the truthI contacted him and other Nissan personal about my issues and complaints but I was told repeatedly that there was nothing they could do for meThis has been the case from the get goAlso, Nissan never ordered my tagsMy temp tags died on 7/13/and I was there many times about this matter before the temp tags expired and they did nothing to helpThe tags expired and they told me they couldn't help meIt took me getting frustrated and speaking to many personal in Nissan before it was addressedIf I was told the truth about this car, I highly doubt I would have never bought itI was told while at Nissan that MrRyan F* was let go from his position for not telling the truth to customersThis speaks Volumes! He lied to me and many othersThis has been a horrible car buying experienceI do not want this car or to deal with a lying dealership like Nissan of Waldorf

I am rejecting this response because:The reason why I am rejecting this response because Mr. W[redacted] is telling the untruth!!!  The Chrome mirrors was installed, but please read below the reason for my rejection:1. lifetime warranty was only for the chrome plated and not for defects as falling off etc.2. It was not a 3 day delay of notification.  I immediately  disclose my displeasure with the sales rep on the day I picked up the truck 20 Apr 15.  The Sales Rep stated me on 20 Apr 15, that he will have to contact the company about the warranty and get back with me in a few days.  The information that he relayed to me three days later that only the Chrome  plated was lifetime warranty from rusting..3.  It was never discussed that the store would not incur the entire cost of mirror installation.4.  In the email in which he is referring to.  I wanted the Chrome plated mirrors warranty for lifetime from defects as falling off, rusting etc.5. I spoke with Mr. John B[redacted] on 29 Apr15 and we never discussed or agree that i wanted to pay half to have the mirrors installed.  He just asked me if I wanted the Chrome mirrors and if so they wil be here within a week.4.  The work was completed on 7 May 15.  New Chrome mirrors was installed on the truck with no money out of pocket. I am displease with Sheehy Nissan especially with Mr. James W[redacted] for how I was treated as a customer.   "He never done his best to provide reasonable resoultion"  He just Lied about everything!!! No customer should have to go through what I went through.  Again, I will never purchase another vehicle from Sheehy Nissan and I wish I could cancel my VIP package which I bought with the vehicle because I rather take my vehicle to Passport Nissan for my VIP service.
