 I asked for a full refund within the registration period. The advertising states closed loop cooling system that keeps out debris. When I found the advertisment to be false I asked for a full refund before the Sparks where registered. The sparks are having issues sucking in debris. The sparks are a new personal watercraft design that has a flaw. I did not abuse my watercraft and ask for a refund the moment I had a problem I asked for a full refund. Question does Bombardier think they will force the public to like their sparks? The spark is not designed for the enviroment it was created for. The machines failed on the first and second use. The machines are seasonal product that were never test rode before purchase and should be refunded full sale price under the ohio consumer act due to I requested a full refund the minute I realized the Sea-Doo Spark has a engineering issue.

I had the pleasure of assisting Mr. [redacted] last week with his 2014 Can-Am Outlander Max 500 about the drive train noise and related belt concerns.  We spoke...

several times.  
The new dealer, Uniontown Kawasaki Can-Am, determined the root cause for the drive train noise and related belt damage.  They are in the process of repairing the ATV.  I asked Mr. [redacted] to contact me back after the repair was completed and after he had a chance to ride it.  At that time, he and I will discuss extending his warranty.  
We consider this matter resolved.  If you would like me to contact you back after I speak with Mr. [redacted] again, please email that request to me.
