They were really niceUnfortunately when I was trying to purchase a car they ran my credit score so many times and they went threw plus banks to try to find me a loanerAfter purchasing a BRAND NEW car my car started to experience an issue starting in the morningI informed the dealership, their response was "we were unable to duplicate the problem" and taught me how to start my carI found that act alone extremely rudeThey basically told me the couldn't find a problem so the problem did not existSince then I have been calling periodically to report problemsI HAVE NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK SINCE !
I bought a vehicle from the above party and had an issue with the cooling system brought it back and the issue continued brought it back again and the issue continued brought it back again and they finally found the problembut are now saying that they are not responsible for fixing it because it’s not under warrantywhen in fact I brought it in the first time it was under warranty and because the issue is more expensive than the dealership thought they will not fix the issue they are saying that I have to pay not fare
I contacted Mastria Mazda to purchase the Used *** *** GLA Matic on Aug 25th,2018.They provided me a brochure with all the car details and specifications. It has the VIN number of the car and the specifications of the car.It was mentioned that the car has the following features blind spot Assist,Lane Keeping assist, driver assistance package and distronic plus .They asked me to test drive the vehicle.I test drove the vehicle on Aug 25th,During the test drive,I asked about the blind spot assist feature and was told by the sales person,*** that he's not aware of the *** *** features as they are mazda dealers. If the features are mentioned in the sticker/Ad they will be there. He didn't demonstrate the features nor showed us how to use it.I'm not aware of how to use the features as I didnt drive the mercedes car before
I paid a total of $( down payment of $and DCU loan $) as mentioned in the sale contract including registration.sales person,***
The first issue with this dealership was that it was found out after purchase that the interest rate the dealership charged was double what the bank actually charged usThe dealership denied this, but the bank confirmed it to be trueThe second and larger issue is that the vehicle was damaged between the time it was paid and signed for and the time it was deliveredI was told by an auto body professional that it looked like someone damaged it when detailing the carThe first time I spoke with the service manager he admitted that this was possible, but that he had no work order for buffingInterestingly enough we paid for the car to be detailed in the receipt of purchaseI called and emailed multiple times and received promises that it would be looked into, but received no reasonable replies until I posted public reviewsWhen speaking to the same service manager this time he was more rude and aggressive than before and insulted me suggesting I was lying when they had lied to us a
