I have spoken to customer over the phone and gave her all the information in regards to her shipment, as shipment is not been given to Bombino Directly to our India office for delivery in US so we are not responsible for the entire shipping refund which is paid
for India to USWe have collected $from customer in regards to reshipping the package which was Returned back to our NY office on Feb *** via *** (***) by the time when we checked with our Dispatch team shipment was already been destroyedI have sent an email to customer saying the same and we asked her how she want us to Refund the Reshipping amount $35 to her and she replied us back to send the check for sameWe will issuing the check in one or two days and will be sent to her mail address which is given below:

Review: Please see details in the email I wrote to the company 10 days ago. I sent them follow up email and there's no response.

This is to bring to your attention that our package was severely delayed, damaged and items are missing. Details are as below:

My parents sent a package way bill no. [redacted] ground through Etihad airline service on September **, 2014. Package was stuck in Mumbai for additional KYC documents. Courier agent [redacted] submitted required documents on September, [redacted], 2014 to [redacted] at [redacted] local office at 1.0 p.m. IST.

On follow up on Oct. [redacted], 2014, [redacted] at Bombino local [redacted] office gave a new way bill no. [redacted]. When I tracked it online it said no record found. For several days there was no record for the parcel. I called Bombino US office and they couldn’t find it in their system. Finally after several follow ups on Oct. **, 2014 system showed that parcel was still in Mumbai. I called Bombino office to find out when it will be delivered. I was told it will surely be delivered on Oct. [redacted], 2014. I kept tracking and it still said parcel was in Mumbai so I called again on Oct. [redacted], 2014 and spoke with [redacted]. He said that parcel will come via connecting flights so it may not reach NY by Friday. Also when I mentioned that why your customer service agent earlier said that it will be guaranteed delivered on Thursday Oct. [redacted]. He said that some people are not trained to see all the flight details. So do the customers have to suffer because you don’t have trained staff? Finally the parcel arrived on Oct.[redacted] , 2014 evening.

All the food items in the package were spoiled and had to be thrown away. Two packages and black trousers seemed to be eaten by rats. My book “7 habits of highly effective people” is missing from the parcel. Please see pictures of the same. Total damage to the parcel is $200. This is unacceptable. The resolution provided is unacceptable and it seems Bombino is trying to escape from their responsibility. Please see attached correspondence from their office. Shipment tracking details which they have acknowledged in their emails also matches to the attached screenshots of their website. They accepted the package, were given all the documents on time to their satellite office and due to mistake by their personnel shipment was delayed. Check several pieces of evidence submitted 3 times including Bombino's emails and tracking details on their website with regards to the shipment. On what basis are they denying shipment ownership. If they had nothing to do with the shipment how did the tracking details appeared on their website. There are several email communications from Bombino acknowledging shipment.

My parents had send 25kg goods courier from India to US-Minneapolis, Receipt# **SSN**. They did some trick, couriered only 22 kg to us and removed remaining and kept some goods with them and later on claimed that Custom people must have done so. Although I've been provided with custom clearance list and it clearly shows that the goods that were missing were never couriered from them.

Not only I lost my goods but also my money.

My rating is straight NEGATIVE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COURIER SERVICE TO ANYBODY ELSE.

Review: last month I was in India and I send one parcel through Bombino Express. The Air Way Bill # is [redacted]. When I received parcel in US several items were missing. I made numerous phone calls and emails and not received any proper resolution. several imitation jewelry were missing.

Please note the following items are missing:

1) 3 bangles - Rs 3150

2) 9 earings - Rs 2410

3) 7 [redacted] - Rs 570

4) 1 kadi - Rs 100

when I receive the parcel all packages inside the box were open and items were scattered and missing.

These people are now making excuses. the same company is the shipper and receiver here in USA. Rather than doing their inquiry they just dump their problem to their office in India so Revdex.com can't do anything to that jurisdiction.

Review: I have shipped a TV on Oct **, 2014 (Air Way bill # [redacted]) through Bombino Express service Authorized Agent (Chowdhary, Eminence Express LLC), Piscataway, NJ to India and Paid $478 (USD) in Cash - for packing, shipping, handling and Delivery services including the Fuel and surcharges, the Agent charged me for packing and premium delivery service and also told me the TV will be delivered without a scratch and he and Bombino Express doing the shipping services more than 20 years without any issue and guaranteed the prompt delivery and handling of the TV to my parents in India, even though I securely packed the TV in its original box with extra padding, the agent told me that he has to repack the TV in their shipping box so that it WONT get damaged., he also claimed he is a Certified Packing Master Technician and also does business with [redacted] shipping services, I trusted his credentials and believed his claims of experience in delivering the electronic goods carefully and promptly. So I decide to pay the extra money for shipping my TV through Bombino Express Services and when I wanted to pay the amount using my Credit card, the Agent said Bombino only accepts CASH payments, so I paid the full amount of $478 in cash.

And on Oct **, 2014 they have delivered the TV to my parents home in India, completely damaged, my parents immediately called me and also informed the Bombino Express office in India and also took the pictures of the TV along with the Delivery Person and also the Delivery person himself agreed that the TV was damaged due to Bombino's shipping issue and agreed to give a signed letter agreeing that its Bombino Express fault that the TV has been damaged and advised us to file a claim with the Head Office in New York.On the same day I called the Bombino Express agent from Piscataway, Nj informed him about the damage and also send him all the documents and pictures for him to look in to it, I didn't get any response even after 3 emails and multiple phone calls from Him, I also contacted Bombino customer service on Oct [redacted] 2014, they refused to help me saying I have to contact eh agent where I shipped it from. Without much help from any one and poor customer service I have filed a written claim for the damages and sent it to both the Agent and Bombino Express office in New York through a certified mail on Oct ** with the claim letter, Invoice receipt copy, c pictures of the damaged TV, Copy of the Written letter from Delivery person (Bombino Employee in India), and the Claim amount that I'm requesting. and also got the postal delivery confirmation that it has been delivered. Till date I haven't got any email/mail or phone call from wither of the party. I would like Revdex.com to look int o my complaint and help me get my refund.Desired Settlement: These are the details of refund I’m claiming to be refunded to me settle this amicably

1. My Original Shipping charges of USD: $478

2. Fair Price value of the TV: USD $ 695 (Oringial price is $950 USD)

The Business claiming that Eminence Express is NOT an Authorized agent is false. Eminence Express, Piscataway shows up on BOMBINOS Express website as an authorized agent, that is why I shipped my TV through Eminence Express knowing that they are BOMBINO's authorized agent. I'm copying the website link and Picture here that shows this. I also contacted Eminence Express from the beginning of my complaint process and Eminence Express told me to contact BOMBINO as BOMBINO is the shipping service and aslo when I sent my shipment I got a BOMBINO Express AIR Way bill showing that my TV is being shipped by them. The business claiming that I DIDNOT pay for INSURANCE is Wrong. I have previously sent the receipt of my Payment and the Invoice showing the Price I paid.I'm attaching them again and here's the breakdown:Total Weight of the BOX (with TV) : 58 LBs (shown on the invoice)Price : $6 /LB = 58 X6 = $348 only. I paid $478 which included $100 for Insurance and $30 for packing (the Agent packed my TV in his own box thus claiming responsibility for any damages since he packed it). I have sent all this previously also multiple times. The business is just procrastinating the Issue with false claims. Review: I had sent a box weighing 48 pounds vide Airway Bill [redacted]from their Iselin NJ location to my daughter in Mumbai India on Dt. 09/**/2013.I was charged $ 192 for the same.From their tracking information it showed that the box had reached Mumbai on **September but after that there was no attempt to deliver the box after some days I called their customer service about the delivery so the package was delivered on **October 1 week after reaching Mumbai.The person who made the delivery almost threw the box saying that it was heavy.Upon opening the box following was observed 1)List of Contents was missing 2)Several items like medicines, Cosmetics were missing 3)Several containers were open and empty 4)Whole box was wet and stinkingI emailed them on **October about the problem to which I was forwarded a email on **October from their Mumbai office admitting that they had OPENED AND CHANGED the box because it was damaged. 1. When the customer came to render the shipment he did not let our staff open it saying that the contents were packed too nicely .

He provided us the custom invoice i.e. The declaration of contents (please see attachment ) and also filled a bombino airway bill.

2. Our security team who checks all the shipments before they leave for the airport later did not talley the contents with the provided declaration. Indian customs found many items

un manifested when the box reached India. since the box was leaking there was a clearance delay. The list of undeclared items is attached herewith .

3. Also the shampoo bottles were not packed properly and leaked en route to India and the box when reached our Bombay hub was wet. We had to clean and repack everything before delivering

which resulted in further delivery delay.

4. More over customer declared the value of the shipment as $99.00 then how come he is demanding $300.00 for missing contents.

5. This customer also came to our [redacted]location where the shipment was given earlier complaining about the damage and demanded to send the next shipment free of cost or he will file a

complaint with Revdex.com. He was explained what the situation was but he ignored it and kept on demanding free of cost shipping.

Kindly look into this matter and advice. Your help is really appreciated thanks.

Review: I received jeans that were way too small for me. I measured myself using the US standards, and I was suppose to receive a pair of jeans per my measurements. When the jeans arrived I noticed right away that the measurements were way off - the waist size was off by 4-5", and the hip size was off around 3". I sent several email messages and received the following comments:

1. You did not measure correctly.

2. Jean will stretch out once you wear them a few times.

In one of the email messages sent to me by [redacted], I was given a video showing how you are suppose to measure yourself. The video was ridiculous. I've never seen anyone measure like this, and the way to measure on their website was very vague too. Even though this company has a US address the product is made overseas.....I'm guessing India or China? I STRONGLY believe that this company is a big scam, and the jeans that I received were pre-made jeans, and not custom jeans like I was told. Also I feel that this company is writing reviews on the Internet stating you should be careful with how you measure in order to get the right product. It is obvious that this company is a scam, and they send you the wrong sized jeans, and will not refund your money. [redacted] is getting away with sending incorrect products out and then justifying their actions by saying "You did not measure right". I am more than willing to take the jeans I received to a professional tailor to measure so I could prove that I did not receive the jeans per the measurements that I sent with my order.

MakeYourOwnJeans did offer me a 30% discount to order another pair of jeans, but why would I do that when they did not make the jeans per my measurements????Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: Refund-Cash

Make your own jeans/ Harry Fashions at times uses our service to ship these goods from India to USA and Back to India.

Therefore if there is any kind of problem with product they have shipped , customer Henry Dena should contact the vendor who sold her the good ie; make ur own jeans and not us.

We are no way at fault as we are just shipping goods for make ur own jeans/harry fashions as we are for other vendors .

Review: I have posted this item with the AWB number : [redacted] since 01/**/2016. Bombino exp advertised on their website that they will deliver the item within 12-** working days. It been more than 1 and half month and my product has still not reached the buyer. Also I have been given silly reasons about holidays in the transit country. How is that my problem? Whenever I ask them about the status of the item, they just reply it will take 20 more days and it is in transit. I am fed up of them mis-leading me. I want the item delivered to my end user as per their promissed time. I have three parcels that were dropped off to bombino express in mumbai on 1/**/16 - due to the weather - they were delayed and started journey on 1/**/2016. For the past 5 days, I have been calling to to trace my parcel's. All I receive from that they are in Kuwait and waiting to be loaded on aircraft. I have heard the same sentence over and over again. They state that due to the economy status of the parcel- it does not get priority and won't be sent for a while - there is no time limit nor any further information. I do not recommend anyone to use this service again. I have spend more than $50 dollars in phone calls to them -
