I am curious, what is Miss [redacted] chief complaint? That our trap didn't catch an animal? It can take up to 2 weeks to catch a raccoon, I cannot control or guarantee the behavior of wildlife - as I explained to her on the phone multiple times. Is she concerned about our lack of communication? Miss...

[redacted] is the tenant in this home. I had attempted to contact the landlord but he did not return my calls. Is she concerned that my technician didn't go into the attic on the initial visit?  Per our company policy, when dealing with raccoons our technicians are not to go into the attic until the raccoons are gone. This is a major safety issue; our technician was doing what he had been told to do by us. Is she upset because we haven't been there to remove our traps?  We are not able to drop all that we are doing in order to remove a trap. We are a very busy company and we have other appointments that have been scheduled. Today is Thursday, March 8th, we will be there to remove the trap today as I will have a technician in that area. Again, my hope was to have my husband follow up with this, but due to his extremely busy schedule he was not able to do so. And as I mentioned before, I attempted to contact the individual who actually owns the home, but the only call I received from him was to remove the trap, which we are doing. I did tell Miss [redacted] that she was more than welcome to contact another wildlife control company who would be willing to send someone into the attic, but that we weren't going to be doing so. I am glad that her raccoon problem was solved. I know that if we were given sufficient time that we could have solved her problem without sending someone into the attic into a dangerous situation.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My complaint is this company was called check the attic due to a POSSIBLE raccoon issue. Company was told it was something in the attic but wasn't sure exactly what it was but it was assumed to be an raccoon because of how loud it was. It could've been anything(cat, squirrel, etc.). Not one time did the company say that they wouldn't be going into the attic to check to verify what exactly it was that was in the attic but charged a inspection fee but didn't and wouldn't inspect. The company mentioned in their response that they lacked communication with me because I'm the tenant however they had this tenant not the landlord sign the contract. Jessica communicated with this tenant first with a text message confirming the initial appointment and address(which they had the incorrect address with on the contract and the bill even after given the correct address), then again when I called with my concern about the tech not going in the attic and the location of the trap and at that time Jessica stated she would have her husband the co-owner out on Friday. When Friday came I didn't hear from anyone and when I called I didn't get an answer nor did I get a call back. When I called again on Saturday Jessica said her husband got really busy Friday and wasn't able to make it to my home and my issue with that is as a business when you realized that the husband wouldn't be able to make that previous scheduled visit, a phone called should've been made to me the customer to inform me of that. Jessica then said that her husband would be there on Monday or Tuesday but AGAIN I didn't hear from anyone. If communicating with me the tenant was the issue then that should've been stated as such but it wasn't, nor should I the tenant been signing a contract either because then that would then make that contract invalid due to the signature not being that of the landlord. Jessica stated how busy they were with other customers but yet failed to remember that my landlord is ALSO a paying customer, therefore she never should've made statements about having her husband return to this residence when she knew she had no intentions of sending him out to resolve the issues at hand. How can you charge for an inspection without inspection? Not to mention that this company destroyed the shingles on the roof of my home by nailing the cage to it. I received a message from Jessica stating that they would be to remove the cage only after they received my complaint from Revdex.com but yet she contacted me and not the landlord but stated communication with me was a issue. I have attached text messages, the contract and the bill. Also, 2 other pest control companies were contacted and both stated that an inspection to the attic was necessary to make sure that the correct treatment was being used.
