NEVER buy from this company, I promise you I went through hell with this girl, I never got my wig and she never gave me a refund. I did an order MARCH 6, by late April I'm like okay no I need a refund, she says oh it's too late to get a refund like girl if you don't give me my money, then I posted on my Instagram how horrible her business is and she says she'll give me a refund but it takes like two weeks and it's mid May and I still haven't gotten anything. Smh whatever you do don't buy from her she gets her hair from a factory which she has no control over her orders or how long it takes to get to her so your stuff will be late and if you piss her off you'll get nothing.

I placed my order November 29th 2019, and I was told I was going to receive my item before January, I never got a tracking number or receipt, she said I should pay through cash app. I sent over 290 dollars and this whole time was given the run around for a very long time, I've been patient and very nice. I specifically asked her if it would be here before January and she said yes. I specifically asked when I will receive a tracking number she said between 12/8 through the 12/13. I specifically asked again when I will a tracking number since I didn't receive it within the time frame and she told me it will ship out next week. Then a month later I still didn't get it. I asked for a refund and she said I'll have to wait, I waited a week and didn't hear anything so I decided to go through my bank to see if they can do a dispute, January 25th my bank advised me they do not do disputes through cash app since it's a 3rd party. "Customer service" advised me she was notified of the dispute and since I filed a dispute I'll have to wait 75 business days from when it was filed so cash app can reimburse her which makes no sense because I emailed cash app and they advised me that she may be a fraud because they do not reimburse anyone. May 8th I text the girl and told her it's been 75 business days and I want my money, she told me her cash app is now broken and she will zelle it to me all I have to do is send the request. Now May 14th and 6 months later no money, she does not respond to any of my messages or answers any calls. She is completely unprofessional and a fraud. I want my money back as soon as possible. I've been patient waaaaay too long. She's keeping people money and not refunding it, I'm thinking about taking this to my lawyer because nobody is going to get 290 from me for no reason. That is honestly ridiculous. I want my money back as soon as possible. She lost a customer. I want my 290 back via cash app zelle PayPal or cash I don't care. Please be aware of this business. I don't want anyone else going through this.

I paid for weave on 2/1/20. I have yet to receive an services. I email and text for a refund and no answer now. Do not purchase anything from this company. They're the worst and will not refund you and I never received my products ordered. This company does not deserve a star.

This business is the absolute worse. In order to make a purchase you have to pay the merchant through cash app, Zelle, or Apple Pay and send a screenshot of the payment to a cell phone number. The merchant doesn't even have the weave on hand it comes from China and my hair took approximately 3 weeks to come. When the weave finally came it was absolutely horrible after texting the merchant telling her how horrible it was she said "sometimes you get a bad weave...sorry." I would definitely not prefer this place to any one not even a enemy.

Placed order with company on Dec 13th, 2019. Has yet to receive product or refund. Reached out to customer service multiple times and still nothing. This company is taking peoples money and not refunding or sending merchandise. I want my money back. ***
