Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/06/03) */ We have offered customer full refund - he has received wrong size first time, no dispute about that - and we have promptly provided replacement - this has been shipped in bubble wrap envelope with no way any damage could occur during shipping After notification from customer about damage we have reshipped same item and checked prior shipping to make sure there is no damage - Item was damage free 100% We have checked entire shipment with same items and there is no damage on any of the above items in entire shipment ( pcs ) Customer has been provided with return labels to ship defective product back, however we never received damaged merchandiseAt this point we would prefer provide full refund to avoid any future confusion once items will be returned to our addressWe sincerely apologize for inconvenience

automaticallyI believe customer tried to use promotional code which has already expired. We have days return policy stated on our website and I'm absolutely fine to help and refund for any parts which are unused in original packaging as soon as it s returned to our addressHope it helps to settle the issue. After notification from customer about damage we have reshipped same item and checked prior shipping to make sure there is no damage - Item was damage free 100% . Customer has been provided with 2 return labels to ship defective product back, however we never received damaged merchandise. At this point we would prefer provide full refund to avoid any future confusion once items will be returned to our address. We sincerely apologize for inconvenience.
