To whom it may concern,*** *** recently filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. Case number ***. I, Scott Black, the owner would like to clarify some facts. *** has been to Bombshell * times since *** and during that period of time she has had ** no
shows/day of cancellations in addition to the * visits all of which were in violation of our policy. We gave her reprieve from the violations on more than one occasion with the hope she would alter her behavior in the future . In her file it is notated that she was aware of our cancellation policy and the credit card policy. We only notate this when we have had direct communication with the client regarding this policy. The time stamps on our software for visits, no-shows, cancellations, and communication notes cannot be changed and thus verify these facts. These cancellation policies, which *** is disputing having knowledge of, are also on the websiteI would also like to make it clear that we intend to resolve any negative feelings *** has and have her continue to come to our business because we are a diamond award winning salon. We perform more than *** guest tickets every year and from time to time mistakes are made but this is not one of those times. I trust the Revdex.com will conclude this complaint from *** is not valid. Sometimes a disgruntled guest, for whatever reason, may take out frustrations in an unwarranted manner. Sincerely,*** ***
