In response to the complaint Id # [redacted] made by [redacted] [redacted] came into Bombshell Salon before Christmas to inquire about getting hair extensions we did a consultation and we require a deposit for the cost of the hair upfront We advised her it will be about business days until the custom ordered hair comes inShe decided NOT to leave the deposit at that time Then came back beginning of February to leave her deposit of $ and we scheduled her appointmentShe did not show up to her scheduled appointment (which was a loss of income to my employee) we called her, she said she was sick Advised her of the $NO SHOW FEE (that is a policy that is framed in our salon) she rescheduled [redacted] did not show up AGAIN We then called her , she said she broke her foot Advised of a second $no show fee She rescheduled AGAIN And did not show up again (never once spoke of her deaths in her family ) We never heard from her Again !!!! We do have a written policy that after three no shows we can refuse their businessFEBRUARY she called demanding to get her extensions done OVER A YEAR LATER ??? If she was so concerned about her hair extensions she should have returned our calls or stop by to pick up her hair and keep it for when she decided to get them installed I then told her we only hold the hair for days and if they do not show to their appointments they will loose their deposit In that year we moved locations due to a flood in the building from our landlords not keeping the sprinkler system up to code and lost a lot of equipment I am in a lawsuit with my landlords due to their neglect of not keeping the building up to fire code If you buy something, what place will hold it for you for a year ? Without extra fees or storage costs? This clients hair was not our first priorityAnd she should have kept in contact with usPlus her not showing up to her appointments and being so flakey we assumed she was upset about $(no show fees) she racked up and didn't want her hair extensions This is a ridiculous complaint and we will not be held accountable for her irresponsibilityI explained to her that she had days and it had been over a yearWe no longer have her hair and we will not be keeping her as a client of our salon I explained that to her and she said she would report us to Revdex.comI said I don't mind because this is not a valid complaint on our part And there was never a message left on our voicemail and she is acting like we screen our calls We didn't even remember who [redacted] was to ignore her calls !!! This is in response to the message from Marissa S [redacted] :MsS [redacted] states that I was a no show multiple times and that could not be father from the truth, I did cancel the appointments, but I spoke with them on the telephone each time explaining the reason Each time they assured me that it was fine and for me not to worry about itNot once have they ever told me that there would be a cancelation fee of $dollars and if that is the case I would not call or show up because of that They are making it seem I did not show up because there was a $fee but I had already given over $dollars This does not make sense in any sort of mannerAs for the custom order, they are not customthey order them on the color that is specified, which is a basic dark brown colorThey put them on and cut up to the length you want them When, I called back they told me they had given the hair to another client and when I informed them about it being just for me they changed their story to say oh it could have been damaged in the water leak we had I do not expect them to remember me by name when I call but, I do expect them to know their customers who have paid this amount of money A reasonable person would expect that if they pay for something they would receive that product I am not asking for anything more than what I have paid for already When I spoke with them I truly felt they wanted to blame everything and everyone else but the fact that this was a mistake on their partAgain I am not asking for anything more than what I paid for

until the custom ordered hair comes in. She decided NOT to leave the deposit at that time . Then came back beginning of February 2015 to leave her deposit of $294.25  and we scheduled her appointment. She did not show up to her scheduled appointment (which was a loss of income to my employee) we called her, she said she was sick . Advised her of the $25 NO SHOW FEE (that is a policy that is framed in our salon) she rescheduled.. [redacted] did not show up AGAIN . We then called her , she said she broke her foot . Advised of a second $25 no show fee . She rescheduled AGAIN . And did not show up again (never once spoke of her deaths in her family ) We never heard from her Again !!!! Not once have they ever told me that there would be a cancelation fee of $25.00 dollars and if that is the case I would not call or show up because of that.  They are making it seem I did not show up because there was a $75.00 fee but I had already given over $290.00 dollars.  This does not make sense in any sort of manner. As for the custom order, they are not custom. they order them on the color that is specified, which is a basic dark brown color. They put them on and cut up to the length you want them.  When, I called back they told me they had given the hair to another client and when I informed them about it being just for me they changed their story to say oh it could have been damaged in the water leak we had.    I do not expect them to remember me by name when I call but, I do expect them to know their customers who have paid this amount of money.  A reasonable person would expect that if they pay for something they would receive that product.  I am not asking for anything more than what I have paid for already.   When I spoke with them I truly felt they wanted to blame everything and everyone else but the fact that this was a mistake on their part.
