I am writing a response to the above case number, I have also attached itThere are many untrue statements in here including that I have no voicemail on my store phone which is ***Also checks are given upon request not on a monthly basis, I can supply a copy of my
consignment policies if you like which is signed by the customerThe simple facts are my store went out of business in May because I ran out of moneyI was advised to declare bankruptcy which would absolve me of all debt including consignor debts for over people totaling close to $10,Instead I choose to work two jobs and pay people back as soon as I canI paid about 90% of the consignors off in May. I still have some consignors to pay including this customerGoing out of business is not a crime and does not have anything to do with ethics or honesty in most casesI am doing the best I canI have requested to setup a meeting with this customer between July 13th-17th in Ashland where we both reside at a location of her choice, I am waiting to hear back from herAt that time I will return the items I planned on buying and pay her in full for the balance of her accountHopefully this will close this disputePlease let me know this was received and contact me if you have any questionsI would like to know the process to get this dispute removed from my record if that is possible, please send me any paperwork in order to do soThank youFYI, this business is an LLC
