Mr [redacted] has contacted Bomgar several times recently regarding issues getting his appliance to workWe have confirmed that there is nothing wrong with his appliance itselfCurrently, he's running the appliance on a Verizon 4g router or hotspot from an RVWe've advised him that we cannot setup his router and/or network configuration for himWe've advised him that if he's having difficulties with the settings, or configuration from Verizon, that he would have to contact themWe last spoke with him about a week or so, and had him confirm that the Bomgar appliance itself is functioning, he just can't get it to work with his current ISP setup, which is completely outside our controlWe also pointed him to sales, where he received a quote for converting to Cloud, but was unhappy with the priceWhen we last spoke to him, we reaffirmed that we cannot configure his network for him, even should he have current maintenanceHe said that Verizon won't help him, but seemed to understand that we can't address that componentIn short, there's nothing wrong with his appliance, his maintenance is expired, he's having problems with his ISP (verizon), and we can't fix that for him When Mr [redacted] purchased the Bomgar products on October 17, he agreed to Bomgar’s standard terms and conditions of sale, see attached With those standard terms and conditions of sale it includes language regarding the requirement to be current on Maintenance Services to continue receiving phone support, updates and upgrades Bomgar has tried to help Mr [redacted] multiple times, even though he is not current on payment of his Maintenance Services, and has offered him alternatives to fix his problem waiving the maintenance costs on two prior separate occasions As stated above Mr [redacted] has stated to Bomgar support that the product that Bomgar sold him, the appliance and software that goes with the appliance is functioning properly

We spent over 8k on a Bomgar box and now we have a paper weight ! We have been calling support for months to try to get our remote box working and they told me its in my hands now how nice is that? all I need to do is get it Running!
Im super upset that I cannot do anything with a 8k box from them but to put it on my desk as a paper weight! Bomgar really got big and they bully people around ! DONT BUY A BOMGAR THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
I asked to be put on there online servers so I can get my business back up and running they stuck there hand out and said that will be 1,dollars Keep in mind I gave them 8k of my hard cash! no more I would never again buy anything from them this is all over they would not spend the time with me to get my remote box that we paid for up and running! they have a good product but test support sucksand thats the main thing you need to get this up and running good luck with them! ALL I WANT IS TO GET UP AND RUNNN

My computer started to crash, and I got a message 'don't turn off your computer' and a phone number, so I called, and we linked computers and they said I had no firewall but apparently fixed the problem and said they'd give me a firewall for $for one year, but offered years for $ So I opted for the three-year, and was assured that I would have no more problem A week later, I got another phone call, now there was a problem, there was nothing wrong with my computer they said, it was some "external" thing I didn't understand So I said fine, fix the problem, then he said there would be a "nominal" extra charge of $to fix the external problem I decided there was something fishy going on and cut my contact with them

Bomgar and Customer have come to a mutual agreement regarding the misunderstanding related to the purchase of our Software. Bomgar hopes that this resolution is satisfactory to Customer and Customer will now remove this complaint against Bomgar. Bomgar appreciates that Customer brought
this to our attention and we were able to reach a mutual resolution and it is noted for the future to be much more clear about our communications with our Customers. Thank you

No reply from support after purchasing a year long pay-per-usage software license for Bomgar remote support tool

[redacted] You have to be kidding.. we spent over 10k with you and you have the nerve to put us on the cloud for 1,200 a year.. thats crazy the main rezone we bought the box is so we didnot have to pay for your servers..and the contract is a joke too!   like 4k  just to get support..  im telling all my pc repair shops I know to use logmein..  you guys are ripping people off and then they get stuck with a big paper weight that they cannot use as you make it so we cannot sell the big 10k bomgar box.. Sorry but you guys are not playing fair at all.. I really hope you guys tell people in your own words that the box will be worth nothing when and if you ever want to sell it..I did really tell a ton of people about you guys and I made you guys like 30k   but  you fail to see what we did for you .. your too big now for the little guy!   thanks for nothing.. I hope this message gets to people that are thinking of buying a box from you to think again! and not to rip off the next guy..  and give up on support..  ..   I even told you guys I would give you the box back to get online with you for a few years but you didnot even work with me.. you came down  200 bucks  big deal. I have 10k invested.. good luck in business !

I had a message come up on my laptop saying I had a problem and Microsoft would disable my computer if I did not call the 800 number. They told me I had no firewall I thought my computer had a firewall which it does. They told me I needed to generate a new key and it would cost $99 and I would need protection for my computer and was told it would $149 for 1 year $199 for 3 years which they changed to 4 years for my benefit or $249 for 5 years. So I went for the one year. They called me back 15 minutes later and demanded more money. So I checked them out here. I am cancelling all my cards I used and having new ones sent out.
