We applied for a duplicate Kansas title for the cusotmers trade in. As soon as we received this title we sent a copy along with the paperwork for the vehicle purchased to the customer. If we would not have waited to send to customer he would...

not have recieved tax credit for his trade from the State of Missouri. Customer should have all paperwork that is needed to register his vehicle.

I have received the title for my vehicle, but that is it. I was told I would receive inspection documentation along with paper work concerning the dent and key protection packages that came with the vehicle, I have yet to receive these items.

Please see the following documentation. Per my phone call to your office I am sending what we, again, are mailing (via overnight) to customer in regards to his paperwork.
Customer is also requesting emissions inspection paperwork BUT because he purchased a new vehicle the state of Missouri does not require an emissions test

the customer [redacted] had here vehicle repaired here at bommarito collisionwhen she came in to pick up the vehicle she noticed that there was a crease in the rt front door so she came in and asked for me i went out with her to look at the vehicle I looked as if the door had been repaired...

prior by a paintless repair person i told her I could definitly have one of my guys look at to see if we could make it better  she replied that she had only had the vehicle for 3 months i said was it possible that it happened previously and she didnt know that someone had repaired it   she wasnt sure i gave her my paintless dent mans # she said she might give him a call to have him try to look at it she left the collision center I thought on good terms i have never heard from her since I have had no emails or calls however we strive to make sure our customers are completely satisfied when they leave here I plan on calling her to get the problem resolved

We’ve contacted the customer and addressed his concerns.  We’ve made an offer to the customer to facilitate the refinance of his vehicle for no cost and no additional trips to the dealership, the customer is going to let us know if he’d like to take advantage of that offer.

I am rejecting this response because: The issue has not been resolved nor addressed by Bommarito. There were standard maintence and services that should have been preformed on auto in accordance to the warranty. However, these items were not done before auto was sold. The warranty company sent check list of items that were to be inspected and corrected before sale they were not done. Who buy a car and 15 days later they are having issues with auto and now car is in shop more than you are driving it. The oil was not changed nor other services not done on check list. This car was sold to me under the pretense that it was a pre owned certified auto meaning that car was up to standard not true. This is false advertisement warranty or not this car was not what they advertised. I would like for this issue to looked into further because the dealership didn't car with all inspection they claimed were done on car. This practice must be stopped by Bommarito.

The complainant purchased a 2010 BMW from us on 6/18/2015. During the purchase process she was offered a service contract to provide coverage for any unforeseen future defects on the vehicle which she declined. We have paid/reimbursed($1400...

approx) for 3 different issues 1)tires 2)breaks and last was a trim piece that didn't effect anything mechanical in the vehicles performance or safety. the other issues that she mentions were not known problems of the vehicle at the time of purchase. She was informed at that time that there would be no more assistance with the vehicle and she agreed that would be the last time. Lastly to the response that one of the Managers was impersonating [redacted] & [redacted] is false and all the phone calls are recorded to prove her statements are false including the phone call about the last repair in October being the final repair to be covered by the dealership.

[redacted], purchased a BMW from us in January and at the time was informed that the vehicle included a 6 month or 7500 mile warranty with the vehicle she was also explained that the warranty had a 100.00 deductible per visit.  She had some issues with the vehicle that the warranty...

covered and had to pay the $100 deductible.  She requested the inspection documents and those were emailed and faxed to her at her request.  All emails were responded to promptly and she was also phoned and left voicemail's by the sales manager but none were returned only the emails.

We will reimburse the customer the amount when we receive a paid receipt for work done.
