This complaint is misdirected. The car and the customer have never been to Bommarito Chevrolet/Mazda South. I contacted the Bommarito Collision Center in Hazelwood. They tell me they resolved her issues Friday, Oct. 6.

Customers vehicle was towed in on Friday October 20th and a repair authorization was signed on Monday October 23rd.  The insurance company inspected the vehicle Tuesday October 24th.  The insurance estimate included OEM surplus, recycled and aftermarket parts.  We were able to price...

match all but 2 parts to ensure we provided as many OEM parts to ensure the customer receives the best repair possible.  Unfortunately multiple vehicles were towed in around that same time.  We repair the vehicles in the order that we receive them dropped or brought in to us to make it fair for all customers.  On 11/8 we agreed to provide at our cost a rental vehicle for customer because we felt that was the right thing to do.  Customer repairs are in progress he came yesterday 11/15 to inspect the vehicle as we received this Yelp review today 11/16.  Even though repairs are not yet complete and we have received a negative review we will still commit to our word of continuing to provide the customer a rental until the repairs are completed.  Vehicle completed and picked up 11/22/2017.COST OF RENTAL WHICH WAS PAID BY US $390.00 COPY IS ATTACHED
