I bought a car on September 20th, and traded in my old car. The price was agreed upon but they didn't give me any paperwork, saying it would all be sent to me. When I got my first statement from the financing, it was nearly $6800 more than I'd agreed to! I called to question, and they said it was for warranty and maintenance and gap insurance. The car only cost $11400, why would I buy a warranty and maintenance plan that expensive on a 2014 used vehicle? They assured me everything would be cancelled and a prorated refund applied. My daughter dropped of the signed cancellation papers on October 17th. On the 23rd she inquired as to its status and received a text from the finance officer that the cancellation had been submitted and the refund would take 4 to 6 weeks to process. After 6 weeks with no refund I called again. This time I was told it took 6 to 8 weeks, but not to worry, everything was on track. Again I waited, and with the holidays I gave them even more time. Finally this week I asked again where my refund was. This time they said it takes 8 to 12 weeks to process, at this point it had been 11 weeks and 5 days. They admitted it never takes this long. I have been consistently given the run around, told the people in charge weren't in, told I'd be called right back but never was called. On a hunch today I called the service department and was assured that my maintenance plan, the one I never accepted and tried to cancel 3 months ago, was still in full effect! They pulled a fast one on an old man at signing, but now they have a signed cancellation that they never submitted, and lied to me for 3 months that they had.

My sales person Mohammed was nice , however, his manager Joe was so rude and disrespectful . I am not gonna get anything from this dealer.
I wish I could give him zero star. I called Chevrolet customer service and they said it is private dealer and they can’t do anything.

I bought a truck from them. I have excellent credit (830+). First they ran my 9 times. A couple of times before purchase and rest after including one a month later. Finance guy refuse to give hard copies Because I sign electronic consent. I sign some papers that weren't included in the USB and I was refused the copy of it as well. Some GM loan paperwork nothing important I guess. I got a temp tag for the truck and I was supposed to get permanent plate which I never got and my tag expired. I called them and lady who was supposed to processed it said she hasn't gotten a chance to do it. She's playing catch up. Really? Catch up. I told her my plates are expired so she said let me process and I will call you in an hour. She quickly hung up. It's been 2 days but their hour isn't done.

I bought the truck on Dec 17, 2018 and today is Feb 8, 2019 and she's playing catch up. My 50k truck is useless because I don't have a plate. Even when purchasing, I had to go 9 times to the dealership and 4 visits were because of finance or paperwork guy. Also, I was told my bill would be due on Jan 31 and I received my bill on Feb 2. I don't know how they are running the business. It can't be just me going through this.

I initially took my car to this dealership in Oct of 2017 for a catalytic converter, emissions and inspection, before I even arrived I told them I’d anything else needs to be done in order for me to pass pleas let me know first and do not do the emissions , I spoke with Albert he said ok , about a week later. Adam calls me saying I failed emissions and inspection, I asked why then he said it’s need about $600.00 dollars worth of worth done because he has already failed me that left me with no option but to get the work done . That took almost 2.5 months to get compleated before it was done Albert called again stating that someone in the shop had cracked my AC and they would split the difference because it has to be fixed in order for me to pass my emissions I said fine fix it.I was called a week later to pick up my car I paid $547.17 for that work to be done , upon driving off initially I discovered it’s has a shake and drives really hard Adam says give it some time to adjust. 2 weeks later another code pops up I take it back , this code is for pistons and rings they say oh we can fix it under your warranty , that takes another 1.5 months I get the car back and notice my ac is running hot. I return to the shop and asked if my ac was just replaced why is it blowing hot it takes 2 weeks for them to figure it now needs Freon , which will cost $220.00 I ask why am I still paying when this whole ac was replaced they claimed that they have no paperwork from me being there but I do . I still need up paying the money but now 2 weeks later my ac is blowing hot air again and they stated there’s a crack in my ac compressor and that will cost $900 + dollars when I clearly just paid for this to be done . They keep taking money from me but not doing any work , I feel like because I am a woman they as if they can say and tell me anything to me just to get money . So far everything that I paid for nothing has been done even from the oil change they put dirty oil in my car I took it to another shop for Info

Will *** recall the 2010 Chevy *** for engine failure due to excessive oil consumption causing the pistons, timing chain and other various parts to fail?I just had an oil change about a WEEK-and-a-half ago and HERE I AM WITH BASICALLY NO OIL. I finally get it to the mechanic because the dealership kept telling me there were no recalls that would fit my car using the VIN number, but when the certified Chevy mechanic looks at it, he starts telling me that I may need a whole new engine because of how the Pistons were firing due to the timing chain not working properly because of lack of lubrication although we just had an oil change less than 1000 miles ago. After extensive research looking at the different blogs, Complaint pages, *** list as well as the Consumer Affairs page and hearing and seeing all of the different recalls and problems that people have had with the same model vehicle , the least I can say is that I'm disappointed. I paid almost $12,000 cash and no one cares that I am a single parent etc. Please somebody help or give me some type of guidance as to what I'm able to do because now I feel stuck with a lemon because from what I'm seeing and reading *** will not help with the repairs or do any type of recall on this vehicle. I find this utterly ridiculous because it's a known problem. It's not like 1 out of every 2,000 cars it seems like everybody is having the same issues. The rust along the bottom parts of the doors, I also have that as well. Right now I'm so concerned about my engine and trying to get my car back running again that the rusting right right now is not top priority. The fact that these are known issues seems like there should be a class action lawsuit for failure to fix a known manufacturer defect.
