I am a disabled veteran and I spent hours at this dealer in pain just to get a low ball offer on my trade in ($less than all other dealerships and KBB)The manager was super rude and their customer service suckshow are you the manager at a chevy dealer and not know English blows my mind, how does the manager not want to work with a customer to make a sale?I guess they are making so many sales they don't value real customers :/
