I ordered a shirt from them. When I received it, it was apparent that the shirt was in used / worn condition. The shirt had a worn out / faded tag, loose threading, and pilling. When I emailed them about it, they dismissed the quality concern and brushed it off as the worn out look to be the style of the shirt. I had purchased two different shirts (same style, but different design) and the quality of the worn out shirt in no way matched the quality of the other shirt that I received in the order. I included photos documenting the issues that the garment had for them to refer to. The only resolution they offered for this issue was to have me send it back at my own expense. Their dismissive attitude towards a valid customer concern and their lack of a suitable resolution is completely off putting. Save your time and your money and do not order merchandise from them.

There is one complaint listed under this company, and it sounds like the same thing that happened to me with one exception - none of the items I ordered were back ordered or pre-ordered. I placed my order through PayPal, and I'm glad I did - solely because PayPal gave me my money back.

The only communication I received was an email stating that my order had been received. After a week, I sent an email asking about the status of my order. No response. I called the listed phone number, no response. I sent another email to their support line, and another as a reply back to the order confirmation email, but no response. I called again, no response.

I filed a complaint through PayPal. PayPal issued my money back, but still no response from Bompa.

Save yourself the hassle. Do not order anything from this site.

Review: I placed an order from this company on October 30, 2013. Although the website said I would not be charged until my order shipped, this was not true. My credit card was charged the full amount the same day.The next communication I received from Bompa was on November 19, 2013, stating that my order had shipped. I continued to check my order status and tracking information repeatedly and my order was never given to UPS and actually shipped. To date, I have not received the item I ordered. I attempted to reach Bompa numerous times by phone and email and never received a response. In fact, the phone number doesn't even ring--it automatically says that no-one is available and to leave a message. I want to warn anyone out there NOT to order with Bompa.com. Their customer service is nonexistent and they did nothing but scam me out of my money.Desired Settlement: I want my money back!

This customer was part of a pre-order for a Compact Disc (CD) package from a band online store that we represent. We were waiting for the CD's to arrive from the bands record label and there was a lengthy delay.

We refunded this customer in full immediately on 12.10.13. (Transaction ID [redacted])
