I am responding on behalf of Bon-Aire restaurant and loungeWhen miss *** had called to complain of her wings and ff order, I had informed her that in order to replace or receive her money back
she must bring the order back to the establishementThere was no yelling or cussing other than I had to repeat to her times after she had requested a voucher over the phone for food that the only thing I am permitted to do is return their money or replace their orderShe went on to say she was minutes away and was a waste of gasLiterally minutes later, her boyfriend came in with the half eaten food and fries left in the boxI had seen a couple wings were dark on one side so I quickly gave him the total amount of money back for their order, $21.75, with no issue of confrontationIn no way was it rude or disatisfyingThe only possible scenario would be it that it can be very loud in the bar with music and friends at timesI hope this can be resolved as I thought it was that day
