I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
Bon Appetite Café accepted payment for the purchase of two gift certificates. Even if the ownership changed Bon Appetite Café they need to honor what was paid for. The business name did not change and neither did the menu.  We are not talking a lot of money here - $30.00.  What is more important now is the business ethics of this company.
