Review: My twins used bibs of Bon Bebe and during one use my daughter got scraped on her face from super sharp Velcro. Company was NOT WILLING TO HELP ME!

I received two packs of Bon Bebe bibs as gifts for my twins baby shower. One evening my daughter was wearing one of the bibs after eating. I set her down on the floor and walked away. A few mins past and I hear her screaming. As bibs do... it turned around where the Velcro was near her face and it scraped her face/chin and caused her to bleed. She was 4 months old!!! The company had their insurance company call me and the rude associate BLAMED IT ON ME! Saying it was a user error. I use at least 10 bibs a day for my reflux babies and NEVER had this issue with any other bibs until Bon Bebe's. I can't believe the insurance company wasn't even willing to refund my money as I had to go out and by 10 more bibs to replace them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPIERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: All I wanted to was at least my refund for having to purchase MORE bibs ( different brand ) and a little more would've been nice for the hurt we felt once finding blood on our 4 month old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
