My son bought a dryer, on October 14 2019. He picked it up on Wednesday October 16. He and family, when out of town for the weekend. Return home late Sunday Oct. 20 19. After I (Mother)use the dryer Thursday,Friday, Saturday. I found I didn’t like the dryer and it didn’t work to my satisfaction. I told my son exchange it, and that I would go with him, to look at other dryers. So Monday he when to the store and was told, he would have to pay a fee, of resale, for have the dryer more then three day. Then he was told the other choice is to have someone come and look at it. If they decide that nothing is wrong with there will be a charge for coming out. Today they, didn’t show. So I can’t have an change are get our money back. That is very poor business!

Review: They failed to deliver quality undamaged merchandise to me as purchased. I brought a complete bedroom set and the dresser to the set was damaged. Each time they came with a new one it was also damaged. They wanted to pick up the dresser and credit my account for the cost of the dresser. I asked what was I supposed to do with an incomplete set. Bow stated to me that they would pick up everything if I I paid a restock fee. I spoke with the store manager who also agreed wit Bow. I agreed only because I was tired of dealing with them and to protect my credit, but there's no way I should be charged because they could not deliver what I purchasedDesired Settlement: restock fee of $197.19 + $60.00 delivery fee

Review: I purchased a refrigerator on 2/29/2012 and have nothing but problems with this product. The same problem 3 times and have had other issues where a tech has come out to fix it. I am getting the run around and I want my product replaced with a new one. I cannot get anyone to help me. Everything is left for me to do. I have spoken to Bon Marche, Frigidare and the warranty company. No one will help me!Desired Settlement: I would like a new refrigerator!

You ought to report your complaint to Fox 8 Defenders. Even if it's to late to get because it's been since 2012, but it would do good to maybe help others, before they fall into the same trap.

Review: Please help me to resolve the problem of buying a dishwasher that does not work. Bon Marche refused to assist me with EXCHANGING this dishwasher. I purchased a dishwasher with a "START" button. When we brought it home, it did not have a "START" button; but it did have a "START/CANCEL" button. It was a brand new Frigidaire dishwasher. It would light up when I pressed the desired cycle to wash dishes; but would cancel when I attempted to start it. I brought it back to Bon Marche and the sales manager refused to accept it. He attributed my not being able to use the dishwasher as "USER PROBLEMS". My wife asked him what did that mean and he said very harshly that we were too dumb to use it. I could not bring the dishwasher back into my kitchen. I began to have chest pains. I have had triple by-pass heart surgery in the past. My neighbors came over to assist me when I returned home. It is now stored in my garage. WE NEVER HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO USE THE NEWLY PURCHASED DISHWASHER.Desired Settlement: My resolution is to exchange it for the dishwasher that I purchased on August 16, 2015. One that has a "START" button; not just a "START/CANCEL" button. THIS WAS NOT THE DISHWASHER THAT I PICKED OUT IN THE STORE.PLEASE HELP ME.

Review: On January 29, 2015, we went to buy a twin bed from Bon Marche. We saw a bed that we liked that had ample storage: the headboard had shelves, the footboard had a pull-out dresser, and the rails had an open compartment for additional storage. It was labeled as an Austin cherry twin bed, and advertised at the clearance price of $227 each. I paid for the beds. The bed was to come with headboard/storage, side rail/storage, and footboard storage. The sale went through as completed; it was understood that we would receive 2 Austin storage beds, as described above, via delivery. When the beds were delivered on January 31, we received 2 cherry sleigh beds of equal value with limited storage (footboard only). The delivery men were notified that these were the wrong beds. They stated that we had to talk to the person who sold it to us, who was [redacted] Cooper. When the store was notified, it took more than an hour to respond. Upon their investigation, they discovered that, allegedly, the wrong tag was placed on that particular bed. We were told that the bed we wanted was actually $348, and that, if we wanted that bed, we would have to pay an additional $262.04 to receive both beds, even though they were at fault for mislabeling the price and style of the bed. [redacted] stated that he had talked to his manager, and had talked him into bringing the cost down to $348, which is an at-cost amount. After he acknowledged that they were at fault, we were not given the option of receiving that bed at the advertised price.Desired Settlement: I want a refund. I also want the option of paying the advertised price for the bed I wanted, which was the storage bed (headboard and footboard storage, as well as side storage) (the amount I paid for the wrongly-delivered beds, which was $454 + tax). It is only fair since I paid the advertised price for the bed I desired.

Review: On Tuesday March 8th I went to Bon Marche furniture and appliances in Marrero and purchased a new washing machine Mr. Darrin was my sales associate. It was delivered on Wednesday evening about 4pm sight unseen until it was delivered to my residence and removed from it's crate in my front yard. Delivery men cut open the crate and carried it into my residence. As I began to connect the hot and cold water hoses I noticed that the connections on the washer were stripped. I immediately call Bon Marche and was told that the warehouse manager was gone for the day. "Mr. Bo Keller". One of my son in laws a licensed Plummer looked at the connections and also noticed that connections were stripped. I called Bon Marche several times requesting to either replace the washer repair it or take the washer back and debit my credit card and I was denied all three request. They have been rude and disrespectful. They sent out a service guy who kept calling me Bro and Bra, who took pictures of the appliance and told me they would be in touch. They never called me back. I had to call several more times to be told that I would have to call Amana factory service dept., but since it isn't a manufacture defect it may not be covered under a factory warranty, which means I will have to pay for this to be repaired as well. Customer satisfactory is not a priority at this establishment. They are rude and down right ugly with their customers. I was basically told I was a liar. I am a retired police officer of 35 years. I am on a restricted income. I can't afford to pay for something to be fixed that should have been new.Desired Settlement: Refund or Repair or Replace. That was all I was asking to begin with. They refused both services.
