The puppy in question is the 1st one we have ever had to warranty. The comments of the purchaser are mostly untrue. We tried several times to contact the vet about the pup and got no response. Once we talked to the vet, we did make arrangements...

with the purchaser to fulfill our obligations as purchaser chose the option of reimbursement and to keep the pup verses, reimbursement and us to take pup back and replace with a guaranteed vet checked pup. Purchaser agreed to $50 biweekly payments until $600 balance is paid in full. However purchaser had already posted negative false statements with Revdex.com, and on multi media sights. We requested purchaser to refrain from further post in accepting our payment agreemrnt.
