Review: I had been told I could do a financial help with my bill and the company sent me paperwork and I had sent it back. It wasn't for a couple months before I found out they didn't approve of me. Since I didn't get no statement for months or a letter saying I wasn't approved I figured I was approved. Now they are saying that I didn't specify the income I make in the household when I did.Desired Settlement: I want a full write off for account since they took almost 3 months to tell me they didn't approve of me where they could have just sent me another statement. The are giving me the run around with my bill and getting tired of it. I just want a full write off refund for the rest I owe.

The customer contact us on July 11,2013 advising he wanted to apply for financial assistance. An application was mailed to him on July 15, 2013. He returned the application to us on 9/4/2013 with proof of income into the family missing from the application. We advised him that he needed to return to us proof of income into the household before we could process his request. We send him a second letter on 11/25/2013 again advising him the application was incomplete without the income information. I advised via email on 12/27/2013, as he sent an email via the [redacted] web, that he needed to return to us proof of income into his household. We would accept pay stubs or a copy of his W2 form. He emailed back again stating he wanted a total write off of the account and that he lived with his parents. I them advised him to have his parents write a letter as to supporting him and we would be able to process the application. We spoke with him on 1/7/2014 and advised him what we needed from him. He advised he would fax the information to us as he was now working. To date we have not received. A $10.00 per month payment plan was also set for him with his first payment of 10.00 due to us by 1/15/2014.

They said they had sent me a second letter in November but never once did I get a letter stating that it was denied because I didn't send pay stubs in. I only got a letter since I had put in the application 2 months later stating it was denied. I had sent them the 10 dollar a month deposit already for this month and the reason I haven't been able to fax the stubs is because I have no fax machine and they never gave me a location to give it to since they moved or an email address to email the copies.
