I made arrangements with this company to come out and repair a lock in a security door at a residents. They came out and told me the lock could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. This was on May 14 2012 at 8 am. They removed the old lock and told me they would order a new lock. On May 18th they called my cell at 10:52 am as I was working in Brookfield . They informed me that a service agent was at Bayshore town center on Portwashing and Silver Spring five minutes away from my rental property where the lock was removed. The man told me that the service agent was just finishing up a service call and could come to my house and install the new lock if it was alright with me. I told him it would take me a half hour to drive there. He said that was fine and he would have the driver wait for me. I arrived there at 11:20 and the service agent had installed the lock already and was already in his truck writing up the bill. he told me it took 5 minutes to install the new lock. He told me the invoice was $387.36. I wrote him a check and he handed me the keys. He then drove off. I got in my truck and then looked at the bill and noticed the times that I was charged for. It states that the driver was at my house at 10:15 -till 11:30 am. They falsified the times and work times they were there. this is theft by fraud. How could they say he was there at 10:15 and finish at 11:30 when they called me at 10:52 and said he was finishing at a job and could be at my house which is a five minute drive from my house. He was already in his truck by 11:20 writing the bill and saying it took five minutes to install the lock.. I called the office right away and told them of the over charge of an hour. I asked to speak with the owner, they told me he was busy and would call me back. He called me back several days latter telling me they were really busy and would look into it. After another week I called him again again and left a message that I had not heard from him. he blew me off and never heard from him again. I called and spoke to the service manager he told me that they would refund me for 15 minutes and would send a check. they told me that there driver has to get 8 hours of time to get paid for the day. So that's how they work the times. I told them this was unacceptable. I'm note paying by the hour for times he wasn't working at my rental. I have not got a refund or heard from them again. THey owe me for an hour $68.00. If this can not be resolved through you, my next option will be contact six or the district. Atty. office for theft by fraudulent times.
