Review: Made "special" order purchase from Bonales Archery at Sonora Outdoor show. After 4 weeks and no confirmation order placed or arrival time, I cancelled order and advised Mark Bonales that credit card used for purchase would be disputed as product not received or installed as per receipt. Credit Card company not able to help. Phone calls and certified letter to Mr. Bonales have gone without response.

Have attempted further phone contact to Mark Bonales 209-531-2533 but line goes immediately to busy signal and still no response to certified letter sent 7/18/2013

Review: Bolares Archery is located on the north west side of my residence. Our household includes children and this archery shop has practice targets faces in the direction of my property,there has been past instances where arrows have been found in my yard. January 1,2015 another arrow was found that pierced a chicken coupe while 4 children were in my yard.and the sheriff was called.this is a safety issue and an unsafe Unlawful weapon discharge Issue Peal Code 243.3 Negligent discharge of a weapon.this Licenced Business been advised of this situation but this is not the first time this has happened.these arrows are steel tipped and could cause a fatality.they are in violation of the Unlawful weapons discharge laws and practicing unsafe business Conduct...Desired Settlement: to resolve their safety weapon discharge issues! by placing a legal and up to code target range to stop any arrow from recklessly straying towards any part of the public....
