Bonanza All Foreign Dismantling

Review: I went to bonanza to get an ignition coil for a 94 Honda accord lx. The guy gave me a coil for 35 dollars. I noticed it wasn't the same. The plug and bracket were different. The ignition coil he gave me was two bolt. Mine has three. So he drilled holes in it and I told him my part is a tc 19a. The one he gave me is a tc 17a. It doesn't mount properly. When I tried to say I didn't want the part, he keeps talking over me telling me I'm not a mechanic. It doesn't take a professional mechanic to notice the part, is not what I paid money for. He didn't write me a receipt and is very very rude to me and my girlfriend. I just want my 35 dollars. He can have his part back, he's just on drugs obviously. Please help me get some justice.Desired Settlement: Seeing as how I have been there twice and he has been very rude to me on the phone (even threatening). I would just like my money back. That would make me feel not totally robbed.

Company states: No refund on any electrical parts. No exceptions. We do not take electrical parts back. I do guarantee my parts to work. If he wants to bring the part he has back and I will replace with a genuine 94 accord part.

I am rejecting this response because: ive been there twice and he gave me the wrong part. mine was a tc 19a which I told him. he gave me a tc17a which had two holes. I noticed that mine had 3 holes the tc19a. I went back and he drilled holes in it and I told him then that I didn't want it, he wouldn't listen then. even after I explained to him that it wasn't right. I didn't pay for one with drilled holes. I live about ten miles from here. ive put in enough time and effort to just be reimbursed. he doesn't have the knowledge to comprehend he is totally doing me like an enemy. I want my money back. and my gas and time on top of all this... all the reviews on google have the same experience as me. do the people some justice and test this guy for meth
