They did not have good costumer service because if there was an issue regarding the iPod I should have been notified. Not to mention, they claimed the iPod was fixed and I would not have known if I didn't call them myself. Furthermore, the way in which the situation was handled was completely unacceptable and the fact that I still had to pay $60 for the Ipod to be fixed after they wiped everything off without notifying me.

Review: My IPod 3g was dropped off at Bonanza Electronics&Cell on July [redacted] and was not repaired and the store is unable to locate my iPod. Also, the workers were giving several excuses or questionable responses when I inquire. Not to mention, at no time did any worker from this store contact me to let me know that they had an issue fixing this product nor is anything being resolved to rectify the matter.Desired Settlement: I would like this matter to be resolved by either getting a refund of what the product is worth or simply returning the Ipod.
