Dishwasher came in destroyed and inoperable store would not help, told me it was a warranty issue and to call[redacted] direct, called them and after over a 2 week process they finally agreed to replace the unit have been without a dishwasher since I ordered this one October 8th it is now December 1st and new one is not expected until December 12th.

If that wasn't enough, they charged us full price on a fridge and told us we would 100% get a brand new fridge not the floor model, what happens you ask? On the delivery date they show up with the floor model and try and tell us that it isn't the floor model, but I knew it was as it was missing the water dispenser catch pan, which they mailed to me the next day, but guess what it also has several scratches on the left side door, [redacted]

They than called[redacted] and told them they couldn't deal with me anymore so [redacted] is actually sending me the replacement from the States .[redacted].

The owner [redacted] is promised to call you back, and never does, [redacted]
