Review: I moved out of [redacted] Apartments (now [redacted]) in June 2014. I was informed that I would receive my security deposit back within 30-45 days. It is now mid August and I still do not have my deposit back. I have called 4 times now. Spoken with Crystal (twice), John, and Shannon. All three have said that they did not have a forwarding address which I have left with all 3 of them now. John told me my check would be mailed out last Friday, Shannon today said that it hasn't even been traced by coporate yet. Everytime I speak with someone it is a different story. I left my apartment in perfect condition so there is no reason for them to withold my deposit. It was approved as left in great condition. I did have to break my lease because I reloacted 80+ miles for a new job, but I complied with all of the rules for doing so. I gave a 60 days notice in which I paid rent, paid the one month's rent extra fee, and for the 4 days into June that I held the apartment. All while I was not even living in the apartment.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

I would just like my security deposit fee mailed to me. Moving for a new job has a lot of costs that come with it. I am a young professional and would like what I should have received already.
