I dint know exactly who ** *** spoke with, but we do not have a bob as a mananger,however his original salesperson tom m*** called toady 11/**/to give ** *** the information he is looking forif ** *** needs anything further in regards to his vehicles, mr m*** would be glad to
help him in any way poosible,in the eventuality he ,mr m*** is unavailable he could always ask for me,john b***

Please be advised that *** *** neglected to tell you he is not residing( at this time) at the address he purchased his vehicle under on April *** 2016. He advised my sales manager John Bell that he picks up his mail there about once a week which is why he did not receive out
letter dated 5/**/until on or around June * 2016. He did not contact our office until the letter was picked upWe certainly can not be responsible for him movingHad he advised the dealership we would have updated our records accordingly*** *** can forward a copy of his registration in with his ticket and hopefully that will provide some financial assistance to him

 The dealer ship has all of their inforamtion wrong. I advised [redacted] that we were moving and he told me I had to use the address that was on that license. If I did in fact advise him that I check the mail once a week. then I would have recieved that letter well before June [redacted], 2016. I have already paid for the new registration and the 2 Summonses recieved. I would like them to live up to thier slogan " [redacted]" If this is true then why could I not trust them to the the right thing by me. I would like them to compensate me for the 2 summonses which were 60 dollars a piece and the new registration I had to pay for which was 33.50. the total would be $153.50.

Please be advised that the payment request came into [redacted] office on June [redacted]. A check was cut, signed and mailed July [redacted]. I believe with the holiday we should give mail delivery another few days.I will keep checking to see when it is cashed on my end.

 Such should be expected as to completely dismiss part of the complaint. The woman who answers the phone is who used this person's name that I cited and she seems convinced that there is a "Bob" that's there as she tried to connect me multiple times. And then who might be the person that I did speak to? There is 0 accountability or contrition on their part. It's been 5 days since I made the original request and today I get a pissed off voicemail from Tom saying to call him. No apology, no nothing.I have filed complaints with GM corporate and with the CFPB. GM seems much more concerned and willing to help than anyone there. At least they offered to help which I have accepted.
