There is accountability or contrition on their partIt's been days since I made the original request and today I get a pissed off voicemail from Tom saying to call himNo apology, no nothing.I have filed complaints with GM corporate and with the CFPBGM seems much more concerned and willing to help than anyone thereAt least they offered to help which I have accepted In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Please be advised that the payment request came into [redacted] office on June ***A check was cut, signed and mailed July ***I believe with the holiday we should give mail delivery another few days.I will keep checking to see when it is cashed on my end

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The dealer ship has all of their inforamtion wrongI advised [redacted] that we were moving and he told me I had to use the address that was on that licenseIf I did in fact advise him that I check the mail once a weekthen I would have recieved that letter well before June ***, I have already paid for the new registration and the Summonses recievedI would like them to live up to thier slogan " [redacted] ***" If this is true then why could I not trust them to the the right thing by meI would like them to compensate me for the summonses which were dollars a piece and the new registration I had to pay for which was the total would be $ In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
